I've had an ongoing support incident open in a thread there for nearly 2 months now. I got an email today to say I've got a private message from MS waiting there.
But when I go to view the thread I get an error page!
This is getting ridiculous now, it seems that many Microsoft pages and services are falling over. My support request is about a problem with the partner benefits website not working (its been broken for 2 months).
And now the support website is broken!!!
Can someone please have a look as to why the

Yes, its working for me as well. I'd try replying to this thread to see if someone in partner support will respond. Partner support doesn't normally monitor this forum.

I have installed Itunes 10.5 on my PC and I have turned photostream on on my Ipad2 and Iphone. The photos sync fine but they are not showing up on my PC. What's the problem? You have to install the iCloud control panel for windows, then sign in with you apple ID, and check what you want to sync.

Since last few months i am trying to update my ipad from iOS 3.2.2 to 4.1.2 or 5.1, but it always shows error 3002, 3194 etc. I have checked & resorted to all the given troubleshooting steps , but they didn't help.
Somebody please help meConnect the iPad to iTunes, and do the update with iTunes.
The 4.1.2 ipsw file will not work, no longer supported.
The incremental update directly on the iPad does not work either, unless you are already on iOS 5.
Let iTunes do the job, you already lost too much time by doing it yourself. -
Hi all, Since I updated to Mavericks I am having trouble with Safari showing all the buttons/clickable options, but they are gray and will not work. Specifically, the Trash Can/Delete and the "Move to" folder button simply do not work. Any ideas?

I have a Sansa mp3 player that is full of tunes I would like to transfer to itunes. I've read other forums, but they are a bit old. Is there a new way I can do this?
You will need to consult the documentation for the Sansa to learn how to get the tracks off of the player onto your computer. Once they're on the computer, either drag the tracks into the iTunes window or use the Add to Library command under the File menu.

I synced ipod to itunes (windows), itunes removed all my single purchased songs from my iphone. I can see the songs in itunes, but they are gray and I can't move them back to my iphone or to any other device. I can't play them on the computer in itunes, I can't move them back to my iphone (where original purchase was made), and I can't move them into another ipod.
I had the Itunes store do this to one song out of three I downloaded. I went back to the Itunes store and reclicked on the song to download it again. It ran the download again and got the complete song this second time. Then I just resynced with my Itunes and all is fixed.

Tap the Videos app and tap the movies button at the top of the page.
The iTunes app on your iPad is just a conduit to the iTunes Store. To play your purchases, use the iPod app or the Videos app. -
I purchased gems for the game bingo but they are not there however I received the bill to my email stating its paid and it shows it was gems purchased for the game pet story but the gems are not there either. How can I correct this problem?

I have turned my keychain 'on' on both my i phone 5 and my ipad. the instructions online say I should just follow the on screen instructions to set this up, but there are none. What I am doing wrong?
Apps downloaded on one should also appear on the other as long as the app in question runs on both iPads and iPhones.

I am loading pictures in the photo stream folder but theya er not being uploaded to the cloud. How do I "force" the upload from the PC to the cloud? I have followed the instructions and enabled the photo stream with the correct folder on the PC...
Apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
2 - run Option #4 to rebuild the database followed by Option #1 if necessary.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button and select the library you want to add in the selection window..
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

gohollywood.com, register, message came back from Hollywood Insider with a link to click on to "Download Coupon". Click on link and you should get the coupon and you print it out. All my friends have done it but I can't. I get various error messages including : "HTTP error 400 - the request is badly formed".... or you have a blocker set.....
Unless it is a Gmail/Firefox blocker or firewall, I don't have anything set up as a blocker on my email. Had a few friends go in my account on their computers and they had the same thing happen. However when they go in under their names they get to the link with no problems. HELP.Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit") -
Besides the original registration, and 2 additional requests for the confirmation email, plus asking a previous question, which appears to have triggered the sending of yet another confirmation email, I've received none! And I really don't mind waiting an hour for a confirmation email, but 3 hours and counting is not acceptable.
And there appears to be no other way to contact anyone about anything -- except for a feedback form in which you have to explain the problem in one or 2 short sentences.
Yes, I've checked my ISP and my email is working fine. The test message I sent myself arrived in under one second! I've checked my spam folders, and they aren't there either.....not one.

Having problems with my iPad after it fell of the bed. When I turn it on there is a red backlight, then the screen comes on. Even then the page does not look right. Images are distorted and there are patches of red in the images. What does this mean? Can the problem be rectified?
I would take it to the Apple store but some people have been having luck holding their iPad upside down and smacking it on it's back. Be careful, good luck.

One day when I opened ff all the add-ons had disappeared. I've uninstalled ff and re-installed. I've installed beta 4. I've uninstalled some of the add-ons and re-installed them...nothing makes a difference. I tried deleting extension configuration files in case they were corrupt (per support page)...no help. I'm using Chrome right now but I want my firefox back, I miss it so! Can anyone help me?
Delete the files extensions.* (extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox [[Profiles|profile folder]] to reset the extensions registry. New files will be created when required.

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the "Find Updates" button (in Firefox 4: right-click the extension -> "Find Updates") to do a compatibility check.
