First I upgraded to IOS 8 2 weeks ago and then downgrade again
Or I upgrade 7.1.2 now maybe that is why I can not make iCloud backup.

Purchase a newer model iPod. You have a 2G iPod , those can only go to iOS 4,2.1 and many apps now require a higher version.

My note on my ipad and Iphone have an index of the notes to the left on my copnuter! I wanted to only print the index and the date after the index. The computer would allow me to print the note but not the date it was indexed or the title to the left! of the index date! Has anyone ever had this problem! I am changing laptops and wanted to keep an index printed out for references but delete all the notes from this old notebook!

I had purchased an iphone 5 in feb with 32 gb verses 16 I was happy with it until I thought I was updating itunes to fix bugs and fixes. It updated the ios7 program and the whole look of the iphone five changed and I am over 58 and have trouble keeping up and did not want to update! I callled and had 436 days of insurance left on my phone and I asked them to keep te money for the upgrade and just give me back the 6ios. of course it is know. Apple was trying to helpe get up to speed but the calendar was given me the most difficulty not being able to see appts forward enough to plan very well! My spouse is retiring from the DOD and for the first time in his life can have his on cell so I gave him my 5 and still had my old 4 got my ios6 back and just now the phone is feeling pretty comfortable again for me. The only thing missing is siri i do miss her! I never anticipated that my ipad would change to the ios7 on its on but the applestore in Tampa said that yes that happens oops! I now will try to self educate myself on the ios7. I love my ipad but wish it had not jumped to the 7ios. big problem again is I have is on my 5 it wasa a 32 and I have double or the max of icloud storage but just learned at the apple store that icloud does not store your photos on the cloud. I am a grandmother and the soul pupose of me purchasing so much icloud storage was for my grandkids pics and now I found out you guys don't do this. Where do you store the photos for people? Time is a commodity that is becoming more dear to me every day and it seems I am spending a great deal of it trying to solve a somewhat simple question to the experts no more than a 3 minute conversation could set me on the right track but I can't even buy insurance service for my ipad that just converted to ios 7 on its's own! FWIW, I first established my Apple ID here in the Support fora decades ago. iTunes and the later App Store continued to recognized that Apple ID. But App Store insisted that I supply credit-card information before it would allow me to download even free applications. I guess that it is the default set-up for Apple IDs. Like you, I did not want to enter my credit information into the computer. I ended up establishing an entirely new Apple ID with one of secondary e-mail addresses. When one establishes a brand-new Apple ID, iTunes allows one to choose a "no payment" option.

How do i get itunes to accept my debit card. When i fist made my account everything was fine but after a few purchases it was declined, i have money in my account so i do not know why it would have been declined. My bankacount says it should go through?

I set up everything with no problems the first time. I have money in my account and i made a few purchases though the app store, then all the sudden it says my card is declined... but i havemoney in my account, it makes me try to change my billing informaton. I contacted my bank and they said there is no reason that my card should be getting declined. I cannot download anything, or update the downloads that i already have... this is so fusturating, any ideas to fix this.

This was changed. Apple no longer accepts debit cards as an acceptable form of payment. This Apple support page lists all accepted forms of payment.

Firefox was working fine earlier today and now when I try opening it, I get this message: Firefox does not know how to connect to server" and no pages will load. Internet Explorer works fine.

Nothing will load and I don't know what's wrong!

Did Firefox update to 4.0.1?
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.

Have CS4 installed on new mac, but can't open any programs. Know Java6

I have CS4 installed on a new mac. It asks me to install JAVA 6. Java 6 is no longer available and in have installed Java 8, but it still asks for Java 6. I paid $1400 for CS4 4 year ago and really only use Acrobat. I don't want to buy it over again. I haven't been able to get support on this problem.
