Is the store that you bought it from close so that you could try going back to them and ask them to activate the card properly ? You need to do what it says; contact iTunes support via the provided link. We're all just fellow users here - making it very unwise to post your card codes here, this being an open, public forum - and can do nothing to help you with this problem.
