the day before , I load data in a PSA "MASTER DATA" mode full,
then in the morning I load data again this "MASTER DATA."
I can see that the same lines do not not present a problem but the lines were changed, i have a problem when I run the DTP?

As this is a master data load, the attribute change run is mandatory before performing the next load.
The probable reason for this is in the master data table there is an entry for a characterisitic value and the load resulted in another value. The difference between these two records is the object version. Exisitng record will have A version and the changed record has M version.
So when we active master data(attribute change run ) then M version overwrites A version and hence on a net we have only one record in master data table.
Post the above task if we again load master data, as is in your case, then the record will find its place in M version.
As the activation is not performed(probably), the system finds it difficult, with previously loaded M version and currently loaded M version and hence the reason for the message.

And what is the problem that you are having ? The app was originally bought with that account ? You don't have in-app purchases restricted ? If you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

There are various was to return a filled-in PDF form but many require some detailed information about what product the person filling in the form will be using.
As noted above the form can be filled out and faxed or snail mailed to you.
Since Acrobat 3 the form could be submitted to a scripted web page and have the web server perform the tasks necessary to return the data to you.
Since Acrobat 6 the creator could add special "Extended Form Rights" to the form so users with Reader version 5 or better could save the form and email the form.
For mobile devices the app the user will be using will determine how or if the form can be returned.
Do not allow users to use Apple's Preview application on the Macintosh. It will corrupt the form in many ways.

Did you have the same problem when you directly run the form within the application server?
Try to tnsping the SID of the database directly within the application server.

After closing Firefox and trying to open a new session, I get periodic pop ups telling the program is still running. I open the task manager and close it, and everything's fine. What's the issue, and how do I get it to stop?

Problem doesn't happen every time, and I've tried to leave it alone to see if there's an update that needs to finish loading. After being left overnight, I still had to use the task manager to close the Firefox program. I have no idea what it's doing, and I'd like to know. I cleared the network history cache first: did not fix completely, but seemed to make it better. Next I cleared the everything out of the cooke cache except the cookies themselves: seemed to make problem much worse! Finally I cleared the cookies themselves: made problem much better, but still not 100%
I think you are onto somethng, mha007. Perhaps the problem occurs as firefox checks to see if the page is already in its cache, or if the page's cookie is on record. Somewhere along the line the requested address gets screwed up.

It's annoying when you don't want to bebug, I agree, but the
situation
you're describing is really useful when you need to debug
Flash content in a
browser. ;)

Assuming you have the FLA source file, open it in the Flash
authoring
tool and head over to File > Publish Settings. Select the
Flash tab, then
uncheck the "Permit debugging" checkbox, then republish the
SWF.

Firefox 3.6.15, Windows 7, clicking on New Tab does not work -- what's the solution?

When I click directly on the + tab at the right of the tabs ("Open a new tab") nothing happens. When I R-click the mouse while hovering over the + tab and select New Tab, nothing happens. In other words, I cannot use the multi-tab capability of Firefox...any ideas on how to fix this?

Try uninstalling the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
