I have a problem with activation my iPhone 5. I have bought the iPhone in a shop one week ago and update iOS 7.0.4 yesterday. After update iPhone has an activation screen and asks previous owner’s Apple ID and Password. I don’t know Apple ID and Password; I haven’t communication with him. I can not use my iPhone 2 days. I am so disappointed this situation. Can you help me to disable this function, please?
Serial No of my iPhone is F17KDG2WDTWD and IMEI is 013620000624551. I attach photos of the iPhone and the sales receipt.

Take it back to the Apple store. You can't activate it without the correct ID and password. This can't be disabled. Either get a replacement or get your money back.

I haven't gotten a new sim card because the problem has been presenting itself in various cards not only mine. So far, all I've done is reset my network settings.
Last night, I turned off the 3G tab and it had all the signal bars. Today, I did the network reset and it's working apparently. But like I said before, previously the bars just disappear and the iphone only has the 3G activated.

You will not be able to access the device without the account activate lock password. IF you have the receipt and other proof of purchase you may have sucess with contacting apple and asking them for assistance. Depending gretaly on how much proof of purchase you have.

No, you should not. There are problems trying to go the other way, but updating a newer iOS release from a backup of an older iOS release has always been supported and is the basic means of setting up a new device from a previous one.

You are going to need to change the email address you use with your old ID. Once you have got access to your old account you will then log into both accounts at the same time on your Mac and transfer your data to a single account. We can do this later, but need you to get access to your old account first.

Check the manual for whatever backup program you used, or, if you just copied the files over, copy them that.

Usually if you have some kind of hardware failure there is some beeping during POST or most motherboards now have LED indicators to produce and error message based on the type of failure
So if its bad memory, not place properly, mismatched, processor not inserted properly, mismatched voltage or voltage connector not present etc it beeps or generates the error id.
Power supplies can be tested for failure. There are some walk throughs for testing just them with a switch, paperclip or a jumper (I'd suggest not doing this if you are not familiar with the dangers of electricity).
Memory can be tested with memory diagnostics programs like Memtest+
Processors can overheat if the proper precautions have not been taken usually you will get a POST beep or error code for that.
If the motherboard has no response then do the basics first:
Check power connectors and power supply. Once you determine that is not the case move on to other items like graphics cards in all the way or memory.

I would guess the fan is the cause of the noise. Suggest you take a look at it.

If the phone is locked to a carrier then you will need the carrier to unlock it And only the carrier can do that.

You should be able to upgrade to Mountain Lion via the App Store applicaiton on your Macbook Air.   You do not have to upgrade, but it should be an option.

Oh and my battery very close to a year after buying it, which is one of the reasons I was so called to it, the battery life. I have similar message but for me the Verizon guys said they unlocked it and when I actually connected to iTunes using Verizon sim card and then did the restore as new iphone then everything worked well and at the end i saw the message "Congrats, your iphone is now unlocked" and then I did the set up as new iphone for my kid.
Once new apple ID was set up, then I removed the verizon SIM and then inserted prepaid t-mobile sim card and after the phone booted up then I got the same message like above...."not supported"
What do i do now? I think the phone is unlocked right?

My iPhone 4S Bluetooth will not connect with either my iPad1, MacBook Pro or Automobile BT. Suspect a stack issue in new BT 4.0 (BTLE) release. Has any one discovered fix to this. I have tried this with two separate 4S phones and have same problem..

So ... make an appointment to get the bluetooth module replaced. They replace the Bluetooth module. My iphone will not pair. They end up pairing 2 different iphone 4S to my car ... but not my iphone 4S. My iphone 4S will also not pair with another 2010 GTI they have in for service. Though the 2 iphone 4S
pair with the second GTI just fine. They even try pairing my iphone with a brand new 2012 GTI in the showroom ... yep ... it paired fine. So ... ????????????????
They are going to update my nav software next (tomorrow), Hopeful ??? not really ... Will be taking my computer to Apple Store next ... maybe if they can discover why it will not pair to my MacBook Pro it will lead to a solution for the GTI ??? I'll get back to you.
