I have a problem with activation my iPhone 5. I have bought the iPhone in a shop one week ago and update iOS 7.1.1 yesterday. After update iPhone has an activation screen and asks previous owner’s Apple ID and Password. I don’t know Apple ID and Password; I haven’t communication with him. I can not use my iPhone 2 days. I am so disappointed this situation. Can you help me to disable this function, please?

    Take it back to the Apple store.  You can't activate it without the correct ID and password.  This can't be disabled.  Either get a replacement or get your money back.

    Error 23, 28, 29: These errors may indicate a hardware issue with your device. Follow the steps in this article. Also attempt to restore while connected with the white USB Dock Connector cable that shipped with your device, on a known good computer and network to isolate this issue to the device. The MAC address being missing or the IMEI being the default value, (00 499901 064000 0), can also confirm a hardware issue. Out-of-date or incorrectly configured security software can also cause these errors.

    If you syncing both iPhones from same PC/Mac then first i will advice you to create a new User account(on your computer) then restore both devices and configure as new device( make sure you have a backup of both devices in the regular user account) this link may help you out http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137, after doing so try using both devices with the data for say 24hours to see if you got same issue..if same issue the call apple phone support, or visit the closest apple store in your area..but if the issue is resolve after the restore and setting up as a new device then i will advice you to do a manual sync of all information(i.e don't restore from backup) hope this help's you

    Possible causes:
    1. Your antivirus is blocking access to gs.apple.com.
    2. Your phone is jailbroken.
    3. Your computer has been used at some time in the past to jaibreak some iOS device (not necessarily the phone with the problem), and its network database was corrupted by the hacking software that was used.
    4. Apple's activation servers are down (very rare, and never for more than an hour or so).
    For 1. try disabling your antivirus.
    For 2. & 3. you need to go somewhere other than an apple forum for help. Although for 3. you can try deleting lines containing gs.apple.com from your "hosts" file on your computer.

    Were you, by chance, running a beta version of iOS 7 on your phone?
    If so, this will be the problem. You will need to log Into the private developers forum at https://developer.apple.com/support/ios/
    If you are not a developer, you will need to seek help by way of your favourite search engine.

    i have a problem with my new iphone. i bought an iphone on ebay and now i want to use ist with my t-mobile-sim-card, but it doesn't work. First it worked, but i found out, that the iPhone was jailbreaked, so I updated it to firmware 3.1.3 to delete this jailbreak. but it doesn't work now with my simcard (it's not a prepaid) and itunes says, that the card isn't compatible. maybe someone can help me... it makes me very angry. i spend so much time to get the money for the iphone and now this ****...

    When you installed the new 3.1.3 firmware you locked the phone back with att. Previously being jailbroken and unlocked allows you to use other sim cards but now that you updated the firmware its not possible. What you can do is wait for someone to come out with a way to jailbreak the new firmware and unlock it yourself.

    I have a problem with safari on Iphone & Ipad, my animations are not working
    This is what the code does...
    Upon load an event fires and and the "ready" animation starts (its a box that gets bigger and smaller), but the animation will not work on IPhone & IPad when i have an SVG or PNG file anywhere within my composition..
    I know this sounds crazy so i have attached the sample code

    If you try deleting the "theProblem" (which is an SVG file) from the composition and then re-run it on Iphone & Ipad and you will see that it animates..
    This problem does NOT occur on any other browser
    With my limited knowledge i can only assume that it is something basic i have missed..

    I started thinking that maybe my home webserver was causing the issues..
    So i set a quick online one up and uploaded the testfile that you guys have access to here...

    BUT if i re-load the page it works in chrome and firefox and IExplorer (is my problem something to do with my scripts?
