I have a problem with an order that didn't cancel all the way...
Order {removed per forum guidelines}, I ordered Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 and Sin and Punishment: Star Successor but a little bit after placing the order I decided I wanted to cancel it. I canceled the order and Devil Survivor 2 got canceled, but now Star Successor has shipped even though I requested the cancellation before it shipped out. I needed to have both of them canceled and also, I used a $5 rewards certificate on the order that got split between the two games and is now taking only $.61 off of the order, which means I'm being shipped a game I no longer want AND it looks like I'm going to lose my $5 rewards certificate is there ANY way to have the game re-routed back before it gets to me so the order can be canceled? I would've rather kept my order complete with both games than to only get one of them, that way at least my rewards certificate wouldn't have been wasted...

Regrettably, since part of your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or redirected. Once you've received the product, you may return it by mail following the instructions included in the package or to your local store. The portion of your rewards certificate that was applied to the shipped item will be returned to your account within a few business days after your refund has been processed.

Error 23, 28, 29: These errors may indicate a hardware issue with your device. Follow the steps in this article. iPhone to Saudi Arabia for repair/replacement. Either take it back
yourself or send to friend/relative for them to take to Apple. Apple
will not accept international shipments for repair nor will Apple

Open your Applications folder then open the Utilities folder. It should be there.
If not, click the magnifying glass icon top right corner of your screen. That's Spotlight.

i have a problem with safari . Whenever i am typing in the safari main bar , so in the halfway through the typing my sentence/words are shifting to another main google search and in the end i have to type again in google. I have attached a sample screenshot of the safari problem which i am facing. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It won’t solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of this test is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account. Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.

After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.

I have a problem with color prints from photoshop elements 12. The pictures are too light and with strange colors. I have a Canon pixma mg615I0 printer and use mac os X yosemite. The pictures are taken with a coanon eos 550d in the color space sRGB. I have followed adobes recommendations and have tried both letting the printer respektive photoshop manage the colors. But nothing works. I see that there are different opinions about which is best to do so I tried both. I have the latest printer driver installed. Can anyone help me with this?Do the following:
Print a test page from the printer. Perhaps the print head needs cleaning via its maintenance facility.
Let the printer manage colors, not PSE
Calibrate the monitor -
I have a problem with Adobe Creative Cluod. Basically after installing the application when I open it I do not charge adobe products but remains all white screen. I tried to uninstall it and install it several times but it does not work.

Had same problem with 10.7. I've followed all the suggestions I can find, restored my computer many times, cleaned the registry... this is the worst software install I've ever seen!
I kept getting the reminder to update itunes 11.1.4 on my Windows 7 laptop. I now forget the error message other than it would stop and say something that itunes has stopped working and to do a manual d/l from itunes. That did not work either.
The suggestion to remove the Apple Software Updater from my programs solved this problem. -

That may be a problem with the VLC plugin. VLC has never worked for me properly on the occasions that I've tried it on Windows and Linux, so I have stop using it. There are usually other plugins or media players available that work better.
What kind of media files are that?
For WMP files you can install the new Windows Media Player plugin you can also try RealPlayer and QuickTime if it is about media that those programs can handle to see if that works better.

I have a problem with a vi that crash and stops the signal generation​.
I want to control several pumps and valve at the same time. Three of them are comanded by a board installed in other computer, so that I have to comunicate with them by a TCP/IP comunication. The others one are controled by signals sent by a PCI-6024 E board which is installed in my computer. The problem is that I want to create a vi that controls every equipment at the same time. I did a Vi that is in attach, but the problem is that when I run the vi it works during a certain time, but after 10 minutes (more or less) it stops to send the signals to the pumps. Could someone help me?

Thanks for the reply but it doesn't do anything if I try and delete it as you said. I go to the store, it shows it there but won't let me do anything with it & when I try & download or update anything now it just shows the app as blank no photo & won't update or download just says 'update' I click to update & nothing happens. it shows as a grey square on the main screen and says waiting. Well life is too short I will have passed away by the time anything actually decides to work! Getting really fed up with ' Apple'.

I am having a problem with one of the Companies that sell PC parts as their Parts list is in PDF format, when I click on their page Adobe Reader opens up after 30 seconds or so the screen goes blank, and I cannot read the PDF.
