hi i got a problem with disable my account apple store... so what should i do?

You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    I have a problem with downloading app (Twitter) from App Store. I don't want this app. It is not downloaded yet, the download is still in progress.  I have limited data plan and I don't have a chance to finish the download via PC. The size of the app - 33 mb. Could you please cancel the download process so I will be able to remove the icon.

    Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
    Are you able to connect to a wifi network - tapping the app should pause the download of the app and change it to 'waiting', so you should be able to pause the download until you have access to a wifi network.

  • Downloaded 5.01 and latest itunes. Had errors on iphone needed to restore now when i plug into itunes it freezes  I need to use task master to close.if i plug my wifes phone in no problems with itunes  took it to apple store tech no help.

    Have iphone 3g with 5.0  I downloaded 5.01 for phone and itunes latest download. Had errors on download and needed to restore. Everything came back except apps.
    Pluged into itunes and it gave me the restore screen. restored again.  Now when i plug into itunes it shows my phone but freezes up. I need to use task master to close itunes. Went to apple store tech. No help  said to use Icloud but no WiFi is available.  My wife's phone works fine with itunes.

    Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.
    If you have gone through ALL the above steps and are still having problems, then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation.

    The warranty is only good in the U.S.
    This is why it is good to buy an iphone from an official seller in your country.
    Have you tried basics from the manual?
    restart, reset, restore.

    You don't download apps from the iTunes app store with Safari.

    I just bought an album called "Pulp" from a group called "The Seasons" an extraordinary group of 4 young boys from Quebec City - my hometown! - and there were 4 songs that were not downloaded, due to problems, it says. What can you do about it?
    These songs are :  1- Apples*, 2- Amy Downtown, 3-Copernicius and 4- Velvet wedding.  How can you fix this?The amount of 9,99$ was taken off my credit - it was at 45,74$ and now is at 35,75$.

    Your best bet is to try downloading your content again. Before you do that, you will want to use the information found in this Knowledge Base article to delete it from your library:
    How to delete content you've downloaded from the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store

    Particularly:
    Music
    Open the section below for the device you are using.

    Mac or PC
    Before you delete, find out if you'll be able to download the song you deleted again (it depends on where you live). To delete a song:
    Launch iTunes.
    From the Library pop-up menu, choose Music.
    Click Songs in the navigation bar.
    Click the song you want to delete.
    Press the Delete key on your keyboard.
    In iTunes 11, the album cover art will remain visible, but a cloud icon will appear on it to allow you to download the item again (in countries that support this).
    Note: If you didn't purchase a song from the iTunes Store, you won't be able to download it again for free from iTunes in the Cloud. You might want to back it up somewhere on your computer.
    Once you've done the above, then download the affected songs again:

    I have a problem with my icloud account!
    When i bought my iphone 4 last year i set it up with a icloud account that i do not remeber...or it's been erased!
    Since then i used another mail account and everything was ok until my i updated my iphone with ios 7.2 and when it restarted it asks for the account that i first set it up with.
    I can't seem to find a way around it...it drives me nuts i spent a whole day on this thing and nothing seems to work!
    Anybody ???

    You have to delete the old account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.  If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
