I have a problem with my ipad 3 charging

I have a problem in charging my ipad 3.
It doesn't charge unless I reboot it ( hold the sleep and home button for ten seconds until the screen turns black)
And If I unplug it after rebooting end plug It in the charger again it won't charge
Note: I am using apple's original ipad 3. charger

If resetting your iPad allows it to charge, but only temporarily, you may want to make sure that you have your data backed up and try restoring the device (you may want to test the charging before reloading your data). You may find the following article helpful:

I did not try your trick, didn't see your post until after i visited the Apple store. The tech at the genius bar did not know why my "Other" memory had grown so huge. It was over 24GB, which only left me with 1 GB free on my 32GB iPad. I had been loading and unloading video's yesterday thru itunes to try various compression settings. I did not notice the other categrory growing until I tried to load a 3 GB movie file and it told me I was out of memory.
I probably loaded and unloaded 30 different times, trying different compression settings. In the process of doing this, it apparently loaded up the "Other: stuff. To me it seems like recycle bin in windows, but no one knows how to free it up.
So here is what he did and it worked. He reset the iPad. Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Then he hooked it up to itunes on his computer. Fortunately I have everything backed up on my home computer. When my iPad showed up on iTunes at the store, it showed the 24 MB of "Other" momentarily, then it reduced to about .7 GB giving me 24.5 GB free. Resetting it seemed to do the trick, but he still could tell me how this is happening and how to prevent it.
I think I'll try to call someone at applecare to get an explanation, hopefully.

First. When i try to turn on the automatico downloads of apps and music on my ipad ican't. I put on the buttons but they automaticly turn into off.
Second. I have an macbook with iWork and mi iPad has iWork too but i can use iCloud because the documents that i create in the iPad doen't go online.
I did a little research and i think the troubles are because apple didn't associate mi ipad with my apple id, i had retored mi ipad a lot of times and it doen's fix the problem.

Has the device always behaved this way? Did this start as a result of an update to the iOS software? If the problem is that bad, you should probably restore the iOS software and then restore from a backup. If that fails, restore as new and rebuild the device. If that fails, it's time for a trip to an Apple Store to let them have a look at the iPad.

What does "online documentation" mean exactly? Are you using the Notes app to try to create notes in iCloud, for example?
If so, that should still work in iOS 7.1.
If not, please tell us specific symptoms of what is (or is not) happening.

Your battery may be dying. THey are only good for so many charges/discharges. If you have an apple store near by make an appointment and have them check itout

Does anyone have a problem with the ipad air screen?

I bought an ipad air last week and the left edge of the screen was darker than the other side. It was obvious so I just returned it and bought a new one since the store didn't have the same style in storage. I bought another one from another retailer, and just found the same problem, but not as serious as the former one. So I just took it back to the store the next day and exchange another one. Unfortunately, the third one had the same problem at the up-left corner of the screen. I admit that I am picky, but I think I pay this amount of money so I deserve perfect screen. If the brightness of the two sides is different, I dont think it is a product of good quality.
Just want know if anyone else have the same problem with me. Or you just can bear the small diffrence of display. BTW, in China, it is reported spreadly that the ipad air screen has a problem. They even generalize the serial number for problematic ipad air.

Yep. Many quality control problems. The new mini has fewer issues. No problems with older models.

Converting Video for ipad use:
1-Download HandBrakeBatch app
2-Open iPhoto app and select videos to be converted
3-Drag videos to HandBreakBatch "video files" window
4-Choose "iPad" as the video format from the drop down menu
5-Choose "CONVERTED VIDEO" folder as the file destination
6-START conversion
7-When complete, add newly converted videos to iPhoto (drag folder to iphoto icon) and add them to "CONVERTED VIDEOS FOR IPAD" album.
8-Connect iPad (iTunes already knows to sync to the iPhoto album ("CONVERTED VIDEOS FOR IPAD").
I bought a new iPad Air from the Apple store in Madison, Wisconsin about a month ago. I asked how to transfer movie files from my Mac Book Pro to the iPad. It took the Genius about two hours to figure out the process. He typed the above instructions. I have not actually gone thru the above steps.
