Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine. -

Hi there, I have a problem with my iphone3g. The '*', '0' and '#' dont work on the keypad when i try to umlock my phone? When I swipe across the screen its fine, but when I try to enter passcode, it wont let me as the passcode has a '0' in it =/ this happened out of the blue and dont know what could have caused it to happen?? Try restarting your phone while you hold down the power AND the sleep button at the same time.

I recently upgraded our iMac to Yosemite OS and now have a problem with Photoshop Elements 11: the move tool selects an image or text layer, but then I try to drag the selection somewhere else on the page and it snaps back to the original location, however the arrows will move it OK. Also I cannot drag the selection to another photo in the photo bin as before.

I am having the exact same problem with the iMessage on both my MacBook pro and my iphone4. It either says the username/password is incorrect or it can not contact the server. Facetime and iCloud works just fine with the same apple id and password. Somebody please help, I am beyond frustrated!

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
