I have a regular CC membership and want to switch to student membership

I have had a Creative Cloud membership for a couple of years, and it just renewed in August. I enrolled in college later that month. I was wondering if there is a way for me to change my membership to save some money since I am now a student. Thanks!

I just did this.
What I had to do was chat with a rep for a while.
Basically, you have to cancel your membership, then re-purchase. It's a pain. But, as long as you do it with a rep on chat, you should be able to avoid any cancellation fees or anything.
Just make sure your fee is waived and your next payment s your new price (student price).
I wish there was a button in the account that can just allow you to apply for a "upgrade".

My iPod has music and apps from my apple ID that I downloaded to my iPod via iCloud and some apps that I got free from the store, straight onto my iPod, but my laptop has some music on it aswell, separate from my other library. I want to put the music from my laptop into my iTunes library which I want to use on both computers. Is it possible to do this?

- You can only sync an iPod to one iTunes library/computer. You can however, manually manage music and videos among different libraries.
Go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing>Sync your device manually and follow the instructions.

Accounts cannot be merged, purchases made under an account cannot be transferred to another account.

Backing up to DVDs is a time-wasting exercise and doesn't provide you with a bootable alternative. I suggest that you invest in an ext FWHD and use something like Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper! to put a bootable backup/clone onto it. BTW, don't let the recall notice scare you into getting it replaced immediately. If there's nothing wrong with the HD, prepare for getting it replaced, but only after you've followed all the steps outlined above. FWIW, if you're within 50 miles of an Apple repair station, they most likely will do an onsite repair since it's a desktop machine.

I'm not sure what you are asking, but if you want to watch TV stations you can watch on your mac in a web browser on the Apple TV instead, I'm sorry you can't do that.

Hi there. Hear are some other options . Hold down for click on the track pad while restarting and keep it down all the way thru boot. Or use right click on a mouse. If it's stuck, sometimes sticking a business card in top edge of slot while trying the eject option can work.

You shouldn't have any compatibility issues. But you don't store images "in" Lightroom. Lightroom simply points to wherever the images are on your system. You might like to watch a few videos that can help you understand how Lightroom works.
