I bought 3 years ago the Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium for Students (Mac). I am located in Turkey when it is importend.
2 days ago i formatted my Mac. Now i am trying to reinstall my Creative Suite. I downloaded the program from the adobe website, because i couldn't found DVD. But program doesn't accept my Serial Number, it doesn't match.
I am also not sure about the Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium, but it is written on my registered Adobe account, so also the Serial Number
How can i find the right download for my Serial Number?

Adobe might be able to say, but most people here are not Adobe employees. Try contacting Adobe thru chat. You will likely need to share your account information with them in order to determine which program you might own.

From what you describe you have purchased an upgrade version of the software. To use an upgrade requires that you own an earlier version (also called a qualifying version). The screen you are describing is asking you to select that older qualifying version as well as to indicate its serial number as proof that you qualify to use the upgrade version.

My iPod has been stolen. How do i find the serial number if i cannot find the box?
My iPod was stolen and the police want my serial number in order to try and trace it. I can't find the original box and obviously i can't sync my iPod to my computer in order to get the serial number. Is there another way to get the serial number?

My iMac was stolen the receipt doesn't have the serial number but I did register the computer so Aplle must have a record of it. How do I get it.
Go to the Apple website and your support profile. It should list that iMac and the serial number for it. You'll need your Apple ID and password for that Apple ID.

i got my friend to help not sure if your having the same problem but i had to download stuffit expander from the app store to expand the zip files that you initially download you should be able to open them and enter serial number from there
don't know if that helps theres no where that tells you how to do that so its extremely frustrating..

I'm changing computers, and am trying to install Acrobat 8 Standard onto the new one. I have the files for the upgrade, and the serial number, but it asks for the original media or serial number for the version upgraded from, and we don't have that - we've lost the disks and the serial number.
The dialog box which pops up during installation says "Enter the response code provided by Adobe Customer Service for the number: XXXXXX" (There's an actual number, but that should be saved for a private discussion.)

Unfortunately, Adobe has quit support of earlier version. They have a version of AA9 Pro for Windows posted, but not for the MAC as I understand it. You can try Adobe Acrobat X (10) Pro, Reader, and Suite Direct Download Links | ProDesignTools, but again I can only find PC versions. Someone may drop by with a link or you might see if anyone locally has the CD (that you could get the install file from). You will still need to use your original S/N.

Early 2011 MacBook Pro 11" shutting off all by itself recently. I had the logic board replaced 11 months ago because it started to shut off more and more until it refused to boot up again. Now I am going through the same problem. Is this common?
