I have a series of lost I bought that keeps trying to download, i don't want them how do I kill them?
I bought lost series a year ago, I've watched and I don't plan on re-watching. itunes keeps trying to DL. How do I kill them off,, so they never, ever return to torment me again?

Can you be more specific as to what is missing? What was the function of these ''glyphs''? You might want to try starting Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the ''Option'' key while Firefox is starting. If you disable all themes and add-ons and everything looks right again, you can try turning things back on one by one until you find the culprit.
Do you mean the icons for your bookmarks are missing? If that's the case, you should take a look at [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/latest-firefox-issues#os=mac&browser=fx9 this article] that discusses some of the issues with the latest build of Firefox.
There is some information in there that should help you to resolve your issue. Luckily, it is a very easy fix.

About a year ago - I rented a few movies, and I didn't have enough room to move them to my ipad at the them. Whenever I sync my ipad from here on out, the movies continue to try to download, I have deleted them from the download queue, but they are always back again... Is there a way to delete the download queue forever, so they don't keep popping up?
You can't gift content or amounts to other countries, as you are in the US with a US iTunes account you can only gift to fellow US iTunes account holders.
Part of the store's terms of use is that you need to be in a country to use its store, so to be able to gift from the Canadian store you need to be in Canada with a Canadian billing address, and if using a credit card then that needs to have been issued by a Canadian bank. -
i bought some ringtones on my iPhone, later on i sync my iphone to my old computer now i have a new mac pro desktop and i only have 2 ringtones on my phone but not the rest of them how can i get them back without having to pay for them again?
If you bought them on your iPad then you will need to connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over to the Tones part of your computer's iTunes library and you can then sync them to your iPhone - ringtones are a one-time only download, so you won't be able to redownload them directly on your phone.

Has anyone ever lost a ringtone that they purchased and downloaded a ringtone and then it just completely disappeared? When I tried to download it again I got the message "You've already purchased this item; are you sure you want to buy it again?"
You are aware that there the app may have downloaded and been placed on the second screen. Not the main one. Can you swipe to the right to see if it is there?

after attempting many worng passwords my ipad atlast ask me to connect to the itunes and there is't any other option it is showing on it , and don't have the backup of my ipad on my pc so search the net and got the answer to restore it ......
i have lost my password and been trying to restore but don't understand way it never get completed(my ipad3 gets on between the process and itunes reminds me that the device is passcode protected so it can't be connected and then the download also stops) some times at 500mb and even at 700mb

Download them to the computer to which the iPod is synced, re-sync.

Select the store on the left side of iTunes.
Click on Purchased on the right side under Quick Links.

First if you haven't done so already click on the Apple Logout > and make sure you don't have more than one user account... If you don't log back in and see if your files came back. Try this:
press command + space keys > Search for terminal then hit enter.
from command line > type: cd ~/Documents (or Desktop or Pictures just depends where you had your files)
then type: ls -a (this will list all files even hidden ones let me know if you see your files or not)
*Note: Be sure to read the instructions carefuly and ask questions if you don't understand something. -
Hi, can anybody help me please, i have upgraded from Mountain Lion to Mavericks, since then my Adobe flash player don't want to work.
I clicked on update and downloaded the update from Adobe and installed it.
Every time i get an error saying - "that this wasn't downloaded from App Store".
i can not find it in App Store.
What must i do?Try this: in your Utilities folder launch Adobe Flash Player Install Manager and run it to completely uninstall Flash. Then go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download Flash
Once downloaded, double-click to open it and run the installer. If you get a message saying the file can't be opened, or similar, Control+click or right click and select 'open' and should then be able to proceed to install it. -
i recently moved all of my photos from one portable drive to a new and much larger one. I use LR 5 and and all of the folders now have a ? in their folder icon. The thumbnail is there but no actual photo. How do i reconnect them?

I have an iPod 4s and I am trying to update to IOS 6.1.6. I keep trying to download but it will not allow me to click download and install. I have checked my storage and I have more than enough storage space available. Do you guys have any suggestions?
The only available, signed, iOS, for your iPod, is iOS 7.1. That's why you can't install iOS 6.1.6.

I downloaded an album from itunes and only half of the songs have downloaded. The rest keep trying to download, but I keep getting a message that says, "Song cannot be downloaded at this time. Do you want to retry or be done." Each time I retry, the same thing happens. They will not download. I have restarted my phone and the same problem remains.
Other people have been having similar problems with songs over a number of days.
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting it from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
