Adobe CS 5.5 is not available for sale from any reliable source, including Adobe.
If you see offers for the product on other websites, BEWARE! It's highly likely that they are bogus software, which is not legally obtained or licensed.

Where are the default libraries for Encore CS6 Creative Cloud? I just installed, opened a new project and don't see any like I had with previous versions. Is there a separate install for this, was it removed from CS6 or was it removed from CS6 Creative Cloud?

Trial period has expired for legit CS6 Creative Cloud subscription??

Last night Adobe Application Manager upgraded itself. All well and good. It showed correctly what CS6 apps I had downloaded and installed previously.
I am a CS6 Creative Cloud subscriber with nine months to go.
Subsequently when I tried to start Dreamweaver or for that matter any other creative CS6 application, like Photoshop - I get the following error:
Your trial period has expired!
I have been using all installed Creative Cloude appd for the last 3-4 months with no problems! Why this now??

The creative cloud subscription is fine but the whole 'license expired' license this software, you have 5 days left of your trial or 'please enter your serial number' (what serial number for the cloud ??) that seems to pop up at alarming rate on both of my machines.
As soon as I re-log on with my adobe id (which never seems to be logged in however many times I log in and say 'remember') it then 'activates' my subscription .. but never remembers by the afternoon!
The whole thing is just not very slick. It is not very impressive that every two or three days I have to keep re-activating etc the subscription to the cloud, sometimes it takes quite a few run arounds with the logon before it finally says ... 'yes, you are activated / subscribed etc or whatever'.
Surely with creative cloud, perhaps the applications could be re-written to realize that there is a creative cloud and that the person using the app is not requiring to buy the product or stop using the trial etc. I wonder is this happening all the time for all the users of the cloud ??
I can understand the cloud / Adobe need to check that the person is running a legit version but it is not going to leave a good impression with all the users if dialogs pop up all the time with odd messages saying about trial versions or 4 days left of your trial.
Just a simple dialog ... if a cloud member, 'please connect to the web to check activation etc'... and then allow the user to continue with the product.

Does a monthly single product subscription for InDesign also include a license for the CS6 version?

With my full creative cloud subscription I can also download and install the CS6 applications. Is that possible also for a monthly, single product subscription?
For a temporary project I may need an additional InDesign CS6 license.

Sorry, I fell of the earth for a little while there. I already have a laptop with the second install on it for me. The other computer which I'm looking into CC for will be used by another user off-site, so even my second install (if it wasn't on my laptop already) would not be usable by him, right, since he's a second user?

I need to renew the subscription for inDesign CS6. Apparently it expired last week.

How to I renew inDesign CS6? All I get from support is a repeat of the "expired." I am making monthly payments through an active Amex card. I have had it for two years and it is supposed to be an "auto renewal."
Is there anybody at Adobe I can talk too?

Serial code for PS CS6 creative cloud?

Hi,
I have just joined the creative cloud paid service, and have installed the app manager and photshop.
When going to launch photoshop I sign in and it requires me to licence my soft ware and asks for a serial number, I dont have a serial number, it wont let me access photo shop at all.
Can anyone help please?

It is likely the Adobe Application Manager is not able to access the activation server which is why you are being asked for a serial number.

The update for Photoshop CS6 Creative Cloud (64bit) downloads but failsto extractand install

The Adobe Application Manager reports an update for Photoshop CS6 Extended but when I tell it to update, it goes through a download and reports "Unable to extract downloaded files. Press retryto download again. U44M11210"
Repeated attempts to download and install have failed.

The only way to get the discounted price is if you already own either CS3 or CS4 or CS5 or CS6.
A Single App subscription does not qualify.
Avid Media Composer is not an Adobe product. Not sure why it's relevant to mention it here.

I have been charged twice this month for my full creative cloud license

Customer services have promised me each time via live chat for a refund with 24 hours... and they keep letting me down and i am told to wait another 24 hours. absolutely useless. Anyone else having this issue, best way to resolve it?

What is the difference between a single app subscription for Photoshp CS6 and Photoshop CC?

The difference lies in between the version.
Initially the Creative Cloud was released with the then running current version which was CS6, Creative Cloud comes with a feature of self upgrade at no extra cost.
Photoshop CC is the upgraded version of Photosho CS6, in future the upgrades will be done autmatically.
This will help a user to have the upgraded automatically as long as the user has an active subscription.

Check for the latest updates. Installing latest updates should resolve this problem.
Also, try to ran disk repair using safe mode in Mac, for instructions please visit: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH14204
Try enabling root user profile on mac and try to check. OS X Mavericks: Enable and disable the root user

No it's the same Photoshop .Photography program is just a temporary promotion pack with Photoshop and Lightroom and it can end anytime .So you can buy Indesign and photography to have Indesign,Photoshop and Lightroom .
