I have a small Spreadsheet created in xls format dependent on the use off url hyperlinks, when i send by email to Numbers on my ipad 2 I loose the ability to hyperlink what am I doing wrong

I have a Small spreadsheet Created in XLS Format on my home PC when I email to my Ipad 2 and open in Numbers I loose the Hyperlinks
what am I doing wrong, I also need to be able to generate and edit hyperlinks on the I Pad as I maynot have a PC availiable

This forum is dedicated to Numbers on Mac OS X. So there maybe some people who have Numbers on an iOS device here but they seem to less active. There is a forum for Numbers on iOS you can post in.

I personally do not have iWork on any iOS device but can still ask questions that may help.
1) are the cells with URLs completely empty after opening in iWork on the iOS device?
2) can you show what the spreadsheet on the PC looks like? specifically regarding the URLs?

I tried that already.. the thing is, i press "buy more tones" in the "incoming call tones" panel, and the ringtone i purchased appears as "downloaded", but it only appears on the iphones itunes, not in the tones panels.

Open System Preferences > Displays > select the window for you external monitor > click on the Arrangement tab and check the box next to Mirror Displays. It may be slightly different in Lion, but the idea is the same.

I've installed three times with no luck. I downloaded the Creative Cloud Packager off the licensing site: https://licensing.adobe.com. I unpacked and choose my applications. The install seemed to be successful, but I don't so any of the applications anywhere.

Creating package doesn't mean it will install the product,
You will need to install the package now. Please follow the instructions mentioned in the below articles

When I open iTunes on my new Windows 7 computer, after I have followed the tutorial on the website, I get an additional promt to "scan fror media". All the songs are copying twice. I have uninstalled the program twice and tried again with the same result. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your response. I have done this...when I open the iTunes folder copied from my old computer, each song appears only once. When I open iTunes each song appears twice. Should I uninstall the iTunes folder from my old computer and reinstall it? It make no sense that I have 2 of everything in iTunes. You haven't opened an account with that Apple ID in iTunes. Open iTunes and log in. A dialog will appear in which you need to enter your Apple ID and/or password. Below it you should see a link for creating a new account. Click on that link to get started.

How exactly are you doing this?
When I cut out a part of an audio region, then drag the remaining parts together, so they are touching, the track will skip the cut out section when playing the file. Also, if I select the remaining parts of the region and use the command "Edit > join regions". This will create a new audio file with the cut out part deleted.
You should see this prompt, when you are joining the regions:

You know that you have to connect the iPad to your PC with the cable that came with it - and then iTunes should start automatically and it will guide you through the set up process?
If you have already tried to connect the iPad - and you have launched iTunes - and you still have no luck - reboot your PC and then begin the process again.

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
Note:
Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID

images using windows rather than the Nikon Transfer.

Decided to use cmd A to select all the icons on the desktop and then looked for a right click option. There it was - the option to move to a folder. I now have them all in this folder which tells me it holds 157 items. Now you know why I needed to know LOL
