I have a store credit with iTunes,iBooks, App Store, etc....

When trying to purchase a book, my credit card is charged and my credit with iTunes stays untouched. How do I use my credit?

We would need a lot more information to know the answer. Two possibilities:
1. Your iTunes credit was issued in a different country than the Store you are using.
2. You are purchasing the book as a gift. Gifted items do not use iTunes credit.

Pro-level hosting accounts may offer you that much (well, many will offer as much storage as you are prepared to pay for), or Amazon professional cloud services. You could also store the files on a home machine and pay for a professional hosting service so you could stream them over your own account (assuming your ISP connection and agreement allows for the bandwidth used). Go to Apple Menu > App Store > View my account > sign in and then edit the payment details with the new card details.
I am assuming that your card and supporting bank are in the same country as your residential (billing) address and that you are using the App Store of that country.

If you can't access the App Store from the Apple menu, Dock, or Applications folder installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo will reinstall the App Store for you.
It's ok to do this even you are already running v10.6.8.

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

Touch id not working with iTunes and App Store

Touch ID will work to unlock my phone, but not with iTunes or App Store. It keeps asking for my iTunes password. I have turned on 'Use your fingerprint instead of your Apple ID password when buying from the iTunes & App Store'. I am running IOS v7.0 (11A466)

I was having this issue too, it was always asking for the passcode even though the setting was on for iTunes & App Store. To fix it I turned it off and then back on again, it asked for my password and then it worked.
Steps:
- Go to Settings -> General -> Touch ID & Passcode -> Touch ID
- Disable iTunes & App Store
- Re-enable iTunes & App Store
- Enter your passcode one last time
- It should work
Also as others mentioned, under General -> Restrictions -> Require Password might need to be set to 15 minutes.

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
or
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

I have a 3gs with 16Gb so its not a cheap phone. I have 10Gb free. I have 6600 photoes. This is very frustrating and undermines my confidence in your products. My ipod is an ipod 4 with 16Gb also. It does the exact same thing to it. The last time, I had to import photoes a few at the time and with it taking 10-15 minutes each time for 6600 photos it is a long frustrating process. But it will import every photo a few at a time. The error message is just that itunes has stopped working. no hint as to why. AND of course, my phone is out of use for the entire time. You guys must not want to believe ur phones are a necessary tool...or maybe you dont want the consumer to believe it is. I have tried to find solutions on your website as well as through other 3rd party communities. Ultimately they were of no use. I stumbled onto my solution by accident since Im a bit of a computer geek...a semi-geek.

basically whenever I try to sync my ipod touch 4G 64GB it crashes iTunes when it begins the pictures. if im lucky ill get 4-5 on there before it stops responding. its not my system or anything im running win7x64 8GB DDR3 ram (Corsair XMS3) AMD FX Eight core processor.

It's a good idea to backup your Mac Address Book application and iCal Calendars application from each application. This way you can go back and pull out items if you lose something. I do this everyday.
