This was my first call and what a fool you guys have made of me. This is not done. A company like Skype is not supposed to cheat it's customer's. I want a complete compensation for my time being wasted here.

    - Did the other users who successfully connected have iDevices?
    - Frequently you have to open Safari/a browser and agree to the terms and conditions of the wifi spot before yo can get to the internet.  Some wifi spots use Flash or Java to log on which the iPod (and other iDevices) do not support)
    - Have you tried resetting network settings: Settings:General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
    - Does you Ipod successfully connect at home?.

    Runkeeper, like a number of other apps, allows in-app purchases to be made in them. If you don't want to be able to make them then you can turn them off on your device via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off'.     Hi, I have bought a unlimited subscription that is supposed to cover the UK, USA and canada, on landlines and mobiles however i can't call ANY mobiles within the UK i can only call Mobiles of people that aren't within the UK I would like this resolved ASAP or I will expect a full refund...also you should have a contact number for people to call with problems as having to post on here then wait for a response is a waste of customer time and money

    How does it show on your card statement e.g. is it just a temporary store holding charge ? If it is then your card issuer should remove it from your account within a few days or so (the time varies by card issuer).

    Does it show on your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If it does then that implies that the purchase went through successfully, in which case either you should have either received the item, or your bank declined it and it should disappear off your card, or iTunes Support should deal with it : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    Hi. I have an unlimited subscription to India and payment was by credit card. For some reasons, September 2013 bill hasnt been charged on my card. Also The manage subscription page says subscription expired today. But when I view its settings it says next billing is on october and subscription is stil active. Can i make a payment now and get my subscription renewed or will it be automatically resolved when next month payment is made?
    BTW i am having this subscription for the past 1.5 years. The credit card has also not changed.

    Fortunately the issue is resolved. My concern was about getting the subscription back becuase that plan no longer exists. Well I guess there was a delay in getting my credit card charged. Just after i posted the above message, i got a mail from skype confirming my credit card order delivery. Not sure if its a coincidence though!!

    You should not have had to purchase ExportPDF if you have a copy of Adobe Acrobat XI installed on your computer.
    Open Adobe Acrobat XI (not acrobat.com!)
    From there, open the PDF file that you want to convert
    Choose Tools > Content Editing > Export File to Microsoft Word Document (See image, below).
    Click Settings to turn on optical character recognition (OCR) if your PDF contains scanned text.
    Name the Word file and save it in a desired location.

    Is Muse asking for serial number  or "License this Software "message on launch. Most of the time this happens because of Hosts file on the machine.
    Please go ahead and rename the hosts file on your machine and you should be all set. here are the steps for both MAC and Windows.
    Windows:
    1. Go to following location.  C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
    2. Rename the file "Hosts" to "hostsold"
    3 Relaunch Muse and sign in with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.
    MAC:
    1.  Go to Finder > Go > Go to Folder
    2. Type /etc and hit Return
    3. Rename the file "Hosts" to "hostsold"
    4. Relaunch Muse and sign in with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.
    If it do not work please share few screenshot of the message you get.

    You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions (I haven't got any so I can't check).     You are going to need to change the email address you use with your old ID. Once you have got access to your old account you will then log into both accounts at the same time on your Mac and transfer your data to a single account. We can do this later, but need you to get access to your old account first.

Well, InDesign is the only one that works and I have a ton of work due! I don't have a serial number for Photoshop or Illustrator except for CS3, and they don't work. InDesign gave me no problems. Illustrator says it can't work on this machine. Photoshop needs a serial number. I'm stumped and getting anxious and freaked out. Can anyone help? Adobe Chat is down right now.

    It should be added either to your iTunes account, or possibly to your credit card if the purchase was made on with it.
    How long ago did you get the email ? It may take 48 hours for it to appear - if it's been longer than that and you can't see it on your iTunes balance (and you've tried logging out and back into the account to see if the balance updates) nor on your credit card then try contacting Support again, and include your case number if you have one.
