I have a subscription but can't use my Skype

Hello I've purchased a subscription to call anywhere in Canada and the US yesterday and I received the confirmation email for Skype right afterwards. However, everytime I try to call a number, it doesn't work. Is there a delay in the processing I should know about?
I never had this problem before, and now I've got to post something on a forum because there's no direct customer service. Can somebody from Skype help me with this? I need this to work quickly.

The trial software is the real software. To activate it with your subscription you need only log in using the Adobe ID you set up the subscription with.
Is some part of that not working for you? If so, perhaps you could be a little more specific.
Also know this: The folks here on this user to user forum cannot access Adobe's subscription database to work out problems there. Now and again an Adobe representative participates, but it is not guaranteed. Your best bet to work out subscription issues is to call Adobe customer support.

Email is controlled by the mail application or a 3rd party application. You have to configure it with your correct incoming and outgoing server.. for example.
incoming for my hotmail account is: pop.hotmail.com
outgoing: smtp.hotmail.com
Look up how to set up email.. Google is your friend...

i just recently paid for a monthly Subcribtions to Afghanistan and was delivered my monthly Afghanisatn subscription charged for first month it was working good, so i know i have it currently, because they charge me for the secound month too, I am making calls since cpoule days ago here in USA and it is not using my subscription but taking it out of my regular Skype credit account !!! why? it did not happen when I first strated , this is new. only happened on the last few calls yesterday and today . Make a backup of your stuff (from the phone. apps/photos/music/blabla). Update your phone. The phone will restore the backup automatically.

It seems that you have used the AppleIDs to "Purchase" your devices, which marries the two for all time and eternity.

As note already on the iBA forum [ AppleID for ibooks publishing ], you need two IDs. You can't use your developer ID.
If you already signed up for books with that ID, you need to talk to Apple to straighten things out.

The iPhone 3GS takes a standard full-size SIM. It's possible that an adapter will work, but it will probably be more reliable if you get a full-size SIM from yur cell carrier.
EDIT: I concur with Tim. The 3GS is a very old model now, as smartphones go, so I would suggest a newer model, saving up if you have to. I myself wouldn't buy anything older than an iPhone 4S at this point.

you need a lr serial for mac. the serial number for pc and mac are different.
you can download a trial lr 4 for your mac but you need a mac serial number to install.

i signed up with 2 continues sucscriptions end of last month, everything went well with them,, 2 days ago i got a message that the automatic renewal of the subscriptions have been delivered. but i cant use them, how come ?

Billing is performed 3 days in advance of the renewal. If you exhausted the minutes of the previous month, you still need to wait until that billing month has finished its cycle. When it does, the new minutes will become available. Non unlimited cell phone plans work the same way though their billing process may be different.
