I have a subscription to Cloud but I am being blocked out of the programmes
When I try to use the programmes in the subscription package I am getting a message which suggests that I have no subscription - how do I proceed?
Do you have a confirmation email for your cloud subscription?
Are you using the correct log-in details?

Have you got 'Find My iPad' enabled? This has to be turned off using the original ID address.
Try going back to http://appleid.apple.com and changing the ID back to the original address. If you can get this accepted, then go to the iCloud preferences/settings pane, stop 'Find My ....', and then sign out. Do the same on any other devices or computers.
Then go back to http://appleid.apple.com and change the ID to the new one. Sign in with that on all your devices.
However if the address which forms the original ID is now not working it can't be validated and it's possible that you won't be able to revert to it. In this situation only Support can help you.

If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CS6).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

I have set up i cloud but my calendars wont sync between MacBook, Ipad and iPhone. Is there a refresh style option or does anyone know what to do to make sure the calendar on my MacBook is the one that the other devices reads. Thanks everyone.
Don't spend a lot of time trying to change it. It's an iCloud problem that's happened before, and when it happened in August it went back to the correct colors in a few days. Just be careful when you add new items to the calendar to use the right calendar (even if the color is wrong), otherwise you'll have things out of synch when the correct colors come back.

Try this:
Sign out from the Creative Cloud app and Quit it (Quit option will be available after a few seconds).
Now move the following folders to desktop:
1) SLCache
Windows: OS Drive\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Mac: Library/Application Support/Adobe
2) SLStore
Windows: OS drive\ProgramData\Adobe
Mac: Library/Application Support/Adobe
3) OOBE
Windows: OS Drive\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe
Mac: /User/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Now launch Premiere Pro and sign in with your Adobe ID.
NOTE: Make sure your Anti Virus/Firewall is not blocking any Adobe activation servers. Alternately, you can also check your 'hosts' file for any changes.

hi i used to have O2 pay monthly contract but it ended in September 2012, since the contract expired I keep requesting O2 to unlock my iphone4. As the carrier that locked the iPhone ,O2 are the only organisation that can unlock the iPhone
That said they are the most co-operative of all UK carriers with unlocking

Ditto on Clinton's suggestion using OmniDiskSweeper. It is an excellent tool.
It may seem elementary, but do empty Trash. Only then do you gain storage space.

My dropped Macbook plays a five note song three times and on the third time, the last note drops in pitch like it is dying. I have not shut it off, but it does this coming out of sleep mode. Can't find any references to this. Anyone know what's happening?

Then create shortcuts to your desktop from FRD app. Thats it then start downloading!
By the way this not an add. I just spent the whole night looking for the solution to this problem because I was so frustrated with the whole thing. I download tons of files and I have lots of other projects going and I dont have time for all this nonsense with RapidShare and Firefox. Hope this helps some other poor souls out there! -
I would have updates for my phone but they paused like 3/4th of the way.. i would have to turn off my phone just so it could finish.. does that happen to anyone else?
The easiest thing to do is a reset on the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After that, go to the app in question and tap on it. This should restart the download and finish it, as long as you have a solid internet connection.

I have some DVCPRO HD material shot at 960x720 of a fashion shoot. Client has just asked can he have some of the shots of the model standing straight in a 9:16 ration as they will be putting it on a web site and wanted to save space for all the blank
