I have a subscription to Skype premium (Group Calls), how ever last month i had hit the 100 hr mark (so no more video calls this month), I thought fair enough, but I have payed for the subscription again this month and I cannot make video calls? Wut do?

I have a subscription for 60 mins to South African numbers as well as a balance of $9 pre pay for other countries. I just made a number of calls to South Africa and these calls sucked up my $9 pre pay even though it was supposed to come off my subscription mins of which I had plenty! Can someone explain this to me as to why this happened and how to approach Skype??

I bought MS Office last month including the 60 minute a month subscription plan. I already had some Skype credit and the idea was to keep using that when I am abroad in countries not covered by my subscription. However I just made a call within the UK and Skype has taken money from my credits but not touched the subscription minutes. How can I make Skype use the minutes? This way it seems it will use up all my credit before it starts eating into my subscription which is no good.

Skype Premium bundle with Unlimited US & Canada is offered only to US and Canada customers at the moment.
If you are located in France then you will only get Skype Premium, which doesn't include Unlimited US&Canada, therefore calls are charged from your Skype balance.

After I make the payment (visa) to buy a day pass for skype premium, how long do i have to wait to make the group call? Does it work right away?

Purchased Skype Premium to get unlimited US/Canada subscription. Skype Premium is delivered and shows in my purchase history but the unlimited US/Canada subscription does not appear. How can I resolve this? My account is not located in the US or Canada, is this the problem? Although I was logged in and when I selected Skype Premium it showed this subscription as a feature (which is why I bought it!). Thanks for any help!

Skype Premium for 1 month

I wanted to use group picture calling to our account as prompted during a call so signed up and paid up for a monthly billing. Then all it said was group calling 'not available'. I am being billed monthly but when I check my account credit I have $0.00!!!
So what am I paying for??

Skype Premium itself provides group video calls, not calls to phones. Subscriptions provide calling minutes, not credit therefore your balance will not be changed, when purchasing a subscription.

As the website says, in order to get Unlimited US&Canada you need to sign up at least for 3 months.

ok when i go to premium it say $4.99 on the first page but when i go to buy it it says $9.99 what pricing plan is it because i would gladly pay the $4.99 a month not the $9.99 a month that adds up for 12 months please help thanks

I'm interested in getting skype premium while it is "on sale" through july 31 but am still confused. Will I get a phone number and willthis give me the ability to recieve calls and allow people to leave voicemail?

By deleting Skype premium I guess you mean cancelling the Premium subscription? The Skype clients I use generally have an account section which links you to the web allowing you to access your account. If the client you are using lacks that functionality, you should still be able to log onto Skype.com using the browser on your phone to cancel your subscription.
