You have to create a ringtones. Google will find several ways to do this.

You can log out of the account on the iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then tap 'sign out' on the popup - you can then sign in with your account/

I have recently restored my Windows laptop to factory settings in a successful attempt to speed it up but this resulted in my laptop login account being deleted as well as my iTunes library that was linked with it so since I couldnt use that account I decided to make a new iTunes library on my new laptop login then when I tried to get the songs on my iPod on to my iTunes library I lost all of the songs on my iPod so I no longer have any of my songs anywhere that I can see but when I tried to redownload my songs from the iTunes store it just says purchased next to every album/song so I can't redownload anything so the only way that I can think of to retrieve them is downloading them from , it there anyway that I can retrieve my songs?

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

I was studying in UK for the past 4 years but now I am back in my own country. I want to change the region but it keeps popping out "Could not complete the iTunes Store request. The store may be busy" for the past 3-4 days. Help?

I have some songs I want to sync to my EVO but they are protected. Others I have purchased for the $.30 on Itunes plus to have them "unprotected" but these 4 songs do not show up on the Itunes plus. How do I get them so they are unprotected?
Until Apple releases the iTunes Match feature of iCloud, if the tracks don't appear as eligible for iTunes Plus, there's no direct way to convert them. You can, however, burn those tracks to audio CD which will then behave just as would any other standard audio CD.
