I have a version of cs6 which i can not register in mij account. How can i do that.
Two years ago i bought a version of cs6. I never succeeded to register my copy on adobe.com. Now i want to upgrade it to cc and get my discount by using my, already bought, version of cs6. But i can not get the discount because i didn't register it to my email account which i use to login on cc.
How can i get the discount to my first year.
It can be registered under your Adobe ID only if it is a retail product. Volume licensed products can not be registered & they are also not eligible for CC promotional pricing.
Please check the product that you have, you can take Adobe Support assistance for the validation.

thanks royThere's a menu choice (I think under "Files") that lets you sync purchased items on a device back to itunes. Look for that.
iCloud does not store music. If you want to do that you'd have to subscribe to itunes Match, but to get music to the match servers, you need the music in the itunes library on your computer. -

She can choose to either enable the setting on her iPod to Manually manage music and videos. With setting enabled she can sync content to her iPod from multiple computers without it affecting whats already stored her iPod. For more information on syncing content to an iPod manually see this article.

However, I would recommend copying whats on her iPod to her iTunes library first. There are several ways to accomplish this. See this older post from another forum member Zevoneer discussing the different ways to do it.

#2 has many years of bookmarks and profiles, #1 is only 3 months old. I would like them both to run the same add-ons and have same profiles. How can I integrate the old to the new and the new to the old? Both are up and running fine. I got the KVM because one has MS Office 7, but couldn't afford to put it on the other one. They also both connect wirelessly to the router which is in the next room (my brother's as he's a gamer and needs a faster connection), so they aren't set up as a regular network although I log on with a password. I'd like to be able to put the entire profile once integrated on a flash drive. Thanks.

While doing a software update, I was asked to quit itunes to download the update. Now I can not open itunes. The icon is still there, but it just bounces up and down when I click on it. Look at the Apple ID and the "YOU CAN BE REACHED..." entries. Make sure none of these are shared with your partner. -

I have just gotten a new computer which runs windows.
I have authorized this computer with itunes...
But the library and playlists I had on the first computer are not showing up on this one, and when I log into the itunes store, it is not showing any of my recent purchases (like one I bought as soon as last night.)

The 5 authorizations does not apply to ipods, ONLY computers.
If you have authorized 5 COMPUTERS, then you would need to deauthorize all, then authorize the active copmputers.

A text like box has appeared on the screen of my iphoe and this has to be over the app I want to use. I then have to double click on the icon for it to open. I cannot scroll across or down. I can access the apps but because it will not scroll I cannot access all of the screen. Can nayone help please???
It sounds like VoiceOver is partially on. First try triple pushing the Home button. This may turn VoiceOver off. If that doesn't work going to Settings/General/Accessibility and make sure VoiceOver is Off. Note you may have to use 3 fingers on the screen to scroll.

If you did not make a backup of the old version of the app before you deleted it, there's no way you can get it back now. The current version should still work on your iPhone 3GS, though. You just need iOS 4.3 or later, so if your iPhone still has an older version, update to the latest iOS.
If, however, you really have an iPhone 3G, not a 3GS, then unless again you make a backup copy of the old version of the app, there's nothing you can do until you're ready to get a newer iPhone since iOS 4.2.1 is the final version your iPhone 3G will run.

Google mail tells me that I have an outdated version of Firefox which it does not support. I have Firefox 8.0.1. Why is there a problem? I am using OSX 7.2
