Accidently purchased Win version but need Mac version.
About 30 minutes ago I purchased the Photoshop Elements 13 and Premiere Elements 13 upgrade. I have received my license keys and that's when I noticed I purchased the Windows version. I need the Mac version. I tried to use the serial numbers listed but apparently windows and Mac serial numbers are not interchangeable.
Is there a way for me to "crossgrade" to the Mac platform?

Unknowingly purchased Windows versions, but I'm on a mac
So confused. Wouldn't the Adobe site have been smart enough to sniff out my OS before completing the purchase? I've tried to swap platforms, but feel like I'm going down a rabbithole of information, none of it helpful.
Is this even possible? Right now I'm stuck with a link to download software that I can't use!If you download the trial version, the Adobe system is smart enough to get you the correct application for your system. It can recognize whether you are on a Windows System or a Mac. People only buy upgrades from Adobe as buying from Amazon is cheaper than buying from Adobe for most software.
Anyway, If you can't get a refund or an alternative software for your purchase, you can download the trial version from Adobe site and use your serial number to activate it. To download the trial version go to this link:

but i think your license is dual platform. download the mac version and see if your serial number will activate. if not, at least, you'll have the 30 day trial to use while waiting for your platform swap.
