I am sorry but Acrobat 6 is not compatible to run on Microsoft Surface 3.
Moreover, Acrobat 6 is a very old version so Adobe also recommends you to install and use latest version (Acrobat XI) which is more compatible with OS on Microsoft Surface 3.

If you wish to reinstall Acrobat Pro, you'll need to remove Reader 9.1 first using the Windows Install Clean Up Utiltity. Then reinstall Acrobat Pro.
Adobe recommends that you NOT have both Acrobat Pro and Reader on the same system. These programs share many filenames and resources and and step over each other such that neither product works as it should.

Have a new 2GB shuffle. How can I get this to work on my iMac G4

Alas I am in the category of OS X 10.4.11 and I only have a 800Mhz processor and reading the minimum requirements for 10.5 of 867Mhz, it would seem that I cannot upgrade. It this correct?
Do you know where I can get the latest iTunes that my OS supports.
Would the latest shuffle work on this version of iTunes.
Currently only have iTunes 4.

You should be able to go to Apple> Support> Australia and click on iTunes
in the right side, to open the iTunes download; that is way too new of a
version for your computer configuration as-it-is.... iTunes 10.

If you choose an older version (I have iTunes 8.2.1 in one Mac OS X 10.4.11
and iTunes 9.2 in another; plus iTunes 10.1 in a Mac OS X 10.5.8) than 10,
it probably won't support the new iPod Shuffle.

How do I get dictation to work correctly in Microsoft Word 2011?

I am trying to get dictation to work correctly in Microsoft Word. It is not responding to commands like "new paragraph" or "new line". All of the text ends up in the same paragraph. Dictation works fine in Pages and Gmail, but not in Word.

Same here. I'm using office 2013. It is hard to believe, That there is still no solution for that problem. Parallels desktop and office 2013 lets you dictate, Though there is still no way to get the new line or new paragraph
command to get to work in word or outlook. Do you think this isn't a apple issue or a Microsoft issue? On Windows in the ordinary editor the commands work well.
I actually changed to mac for this killerfeature and i really need it. Now it does not work in the most common office app..

Editing a PDF with Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Pro

I've created a Will using an online kit. The final version is in PDF format. I can't print it out as is, because I want to delete a line at the end of a paragraph. I have Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Pro which I'm told can easily do this, but I don't know how to use it. I don't want to lose the exact format from the PDF version, because then I'd have to typeset the doc from scratch. By the way, I do not have the fonts used in the PDF doc. I hope this won't make a difference.
Can it be done? If so, exactly how. Please walk me through it like I'm six.

It's been a long time since I've used Acrobat 7 Pro but I have used Acrobat 8 Professional.
The key thing is to choose the correct tool. You're looking for the Touchup Text tool, which is probably on the Advanced Editing toolbar. You can probably open up that toolbar by choosing View > Toolbars > Advanced Editing. With that tool selected, drag through the sentence to be deleted. Right-click (Control-click) on the selected text and press Delete.

Both versions of adobe close after 10 seconds or so once I open a PDF file. I started having this problem about 2 weeks ago. Everything else if fine with the computer

I have Adobe Acrobat 9 ProExtender installed, whenever I go to my firefox options and change the .PDF setting to (USE ADOBE ACROBAT (in firefox)) setting, i get a screen which is whited out, and a message from Adobe Acrobat with a question mark (?), but no message is there to read.

een that pops up, I can back out and try the link again for it to work, but it does it to all my .PDF files I try to view on the page. All I can do to prevent this is to save to disk, and open with adobe acrobat pro extender, but sometimes the file I need to look at are quick and would save a lot of time just opening it on the browser.

How do I have Adobe Acrobat 9.0 calculate the minimum of 10 fields BUT ignore the field if it is empty? Currently it counts blanks as 0 so when it comes up with the minimum it will always show 0 unless all 10 fields have values in them.

You could loop through the fields and add the non-blank values to an array, and use the Math.min method to get the minimum. Here's an example custom Calculate script:

This assumes the fields are named "text1.1", "text1.2", ..."text1.10" and that they're numeric. This type of field naming simplifies the code, so it would be good to use something similar and adjust the getField statement to match.
