Photoshop Album Starter Edition has been withdrawn almost five years ago. It is no longer supported, and can not be reinstalled.
You should switch to a different product.

I was using FF yesterday afternoon and by the time I got home from work it will no longer open. I have tried a bunch of different solutions and it still won't open. Need help.

FF 4.xx was working fine around 2pm est yesterday. Got home around 8pm est and it wouldn't open. upgraded to 5.0 and still won't open. Did a clean install, ran as admin, tried system restore, restored previous versions. Still won't open. Can't make a new profile as manager won't open either.

Look for a folder called "Adobe Premiere Pro Auto-Save". That's the default spot for backups (at least on OS X). May be in there. If you don't have something like that, then hmm indeed maybe you don't have the backups. I don't know how to fix your corrupt file necessarily... i'm just a user... tho maybe try copying your Project file and renaming the copy with an .xml extension and opening it in an XML or Text editor... Premiere files are essentially XML files and altho i don't know the details, it's possible you could just go thru that file and find out what's wrong, edit it, resave, rename to .pproj, and open.

Many people use a font manager to organize a large collection of fonts, and sometimes these cause problems in ID. You might not realize that the font manager has installed a plugin in ID, but I think you would know if you added any other program extensions to help you work.
Can you show us a new crash report since the 8.0.2 update?
What happens if you start the Mac with the Shift key held down to prevent extensions from loading? What happens if you go to the System settings and create a new user, then restart the Mac and log in with the new user?

Have re installed itunes on computer but keep getting message was unable to install due to missing components. Not had problem before.

To get them on your iPad the sender will have to direct the message to your Apple ID and not your phone number.

I just got a new computer and I'm bringing my music over.
I authorized the new computer and imported my music. Most of my music is fine EXCEPT some items are still listed as protected and when I click on them it brings up the authorization dialog box. The problem is these files are looking for an AOL account, which I don't have. These files worked fine on my previous system.
How to I get access to these protected files looking for a non-existant AOL account?

I know I have access to that directory because on a different computer I can sync my iPad and iPhone. What am I doing wrong? What do I need to go in and authorize or turn on? That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

I'm new to this forum. I work for a small company and would like to know if Is it against EULA, to have Photoshop installed on one computer, but have different individuals use the same computer? Example: Person A would install it on the laptop, but person A,B, and C will be working on the same project same laptop, but will be working at different times of day. Thanks in advance.

With CC the EULA is clear. It can be installed and activated on two computers at any one time, but only one of which can be used 'by the license owner' at one time.
Putting on my paranoia hat, it has always seemed to me that Bridge is far from comprehensive regarding the EXIF information it displays. I realised this when viewing the EXIF for my images on flickr, and seeing a lot more information. Check THIS LINK as a for instance. My point is that it would not surprise me that an image could be traced back to who owned the Photoshop (if used) it was edited on. Or if it was a pirated copy etc. I sure as heck wouldn’t distribute digital images to clients unless everything was above board.

I got Pages to work now- there were two versions, one Universal, and one Intel- by moving the Universal to trash ( although I can't delete it) and moving Intel version to iWorks folder in Applications, it is now working. Doesn't explain why it didn't work though- the other MacBook pro 17 inch that could open all the Pages documents also has two copies of Pages as I see now....
I still however can't open Numbers documents on the MacBook pro 15 inch.... it is a Universal version of Numbers.

You did install the latest iTunes (10.5) right? If the problem was that iTunes does not see the iPod try:
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
or
