I have Adobe Photoshop albumstarter edition3.2 and have lost my unlock code

I was doing some things and unfortunaly had some retsrted my photo shop starter album with many pictures.. now I need my unlock to open it. I see that now they will not resend one.
What program should I start to recapture these phots... and will Ineed an unlock code to do so.. or are these photos trapped forever in this locked file.

You could download the Photoshop Elements Trial, which contains a more advanced version of Photoshop Album Starter Edition; it will convert your Photoshop Album catalog, including the tags and so forth, and it won't lock you out, even if you exceed the 30 day trial.

Generally, it's ok to install on two machines as long as they are both yours and you only use one version at a time.

The first two issues sound like a video driver problem.
What is the make/model of your video card/chip?
What is the installed video driver number and date?
For the last issue, it could be many things, including the video driver. I'd look over this ARTICLE, and if there is nothing in the first part, then move on to tuning up the OS an computer in the second part. That would probably be a good time to post the full specs. of your computer, and also both your Project and Source footage. Finally, part three covers many troubleshooting tips, and furnishes many links.

If you use raw, Adobe Camera Raw < version > Prefs
and any lockfiles with the same names.
Since you've already run PSE, go into the Saved Application States folder and delete any for PSE.
Repair permissions and try again.
Also go to the organizer preferences>media analysis and be sure everything there is off (except face recognitiion, if you use that).

Unfortunately if you have a serial number for the disc version, for older versions of PSE like PSE 6, a download will do you no good, since disc serial numbers don't work in the download version and vice versa.

Start it from either the button in the organizer or the button in the welcome screen, or by double clicking the actual program file/application.
(You must see the welcome screen if you want to do it that way--use the little house icon in the organizer's top bar for that. It won't work if you have set the welcome screen to automatically launch the editor, and you just double click the shortcut/icon for the welcome screen.)

Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 and Organizer does not launch.

I just installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 and have tried to lauch Organizer so I can do the lessons in the Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 classroom in a book. I followed the instruction outlined in "creating a new catalog" BUT when I click on the ORGANIZER button there is no file icon. So I opened the PHOTO EDITOR and tried to open organizer there... when I clicked on the ORGANIZER button it still would not launch. I am very frustrated! Please help!!!!

Are you in the Adobe Download Assistant? You should be able to click on the cancel button next to the download button if so.
Please try initating a direct download of the software by following the directions listed at http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.htm l. I have Adobe Photoshop CS2 and it closes down every time I open it with the following error: "Photoshop Quit Unexpectedly". Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this?

The first question is have you used this version on this computer with the operating system you have now. The issue might be (if you are on a Mac) that CS2 was a Power PC application and you have upgraded to a new computer with an Intel processor. CS2 will not work on an Intel processor with system (I think) OSX.6 or greater.
If you have used this release on this computer with the same OS, than try deleting the preferences by holding down the Comand/Control-Option-Shift keys when starting the application. You will get a message asking if you want to delete the preferences, say yes.
Let me know if any of these work.
