Seriously, no one can really give you a meaningful answer to that, but I'll give it a shot...
The trial software is the real software. To activate it with your subscription you need only log in using the Adobe ID you set up the subscription with.
Is some part of that not working for you? If so, perhaps you could be a little more specific.
Also know this: The folks here on this user to user forum cannot access Adobe's subscription database to work out problems there. Now and again an Adobe representative participates, but it is not guaranteed. Your best bet to work out subscription issues is to call Adobe customer support.

Getting Call Failed but can send text messages

This is the first problem I have had with him IPhone 3g and have no idea what to do. I cannot send or receive calls but can tend text messages. I have plenty of credit on my phone and the battery is charged. I have turned off the phone and on again but nothing seems to help. Would be most grateful for any suggestions - I am a complete techno noob so would be grateful if you could keep it simple for me

Have you tried to test in other locations? Maye you'r just on the edge of the carriers network.
Make sure you have the available iOS updates and Carrier Settings.
If that doesn't do it, you can try Resetting Network Settings from Settings > General > Reset. You can also try restoring the iPhone.

I have a subscription but can't use my Skype

Hello I've purchased a subscription to call anywhere in Canada and the US yesterday and I received the confirmation email for Skype right afterwards. However, everytime I try to call a number, it doesn't work. Is there a delay in the processing I should know about?
I never had this problem before, and now I've got to post something on a forum because there's no direct customer service. Can somebody from Skype help me with this? I need this to work quickly.

Ported from Verizon , cant recieve text but can send text

I got my phone Oct 10th and my problem is i am unable to recieve text messages from ONLY Verizon customers. I can do everything else just fine. I did port over from verizon to att and i understand it takes time for the servers to update but almost 2 weeks ? I have called att twice and they say it has to be a verizon issue because i can send and recieve on their network. Now what do i do ?

Ok this is going to sound stupid but my company had text messaging blocked I called Verizon and they unblocked it and now it works. Thank you for your help

i message wont send any pics but if i turn off imessage and send it as regular text it works but as soon as i turn imessage back on it wont send any pics to anyone i send it to. It says that it is delivered but they never get it any help please

I'm having the same problem too... Also when I try to send a message it doesn't go through, it says "Not Delivered" in red underneath the message. Also receiving messages is sometimes affected because my friend sent me an iMessage at 10am and I only received it at 11:46am.

Yikes! I want you to be able to make phone calls on your cell phone! I would recommend what others have stated on here as well. Remove the sim card for a good 30 seconds while the phone is off. Then try to make the phone call again. Have you ever replaced the sim card on your device before? I'm having the same problem. I came from Verizon, and activated about an hour ago. I got the 2 free text messages from AT&T and can send, but not receive. My friend who transferred from TMobile on Friday night had the same exact problem. He had to call a number, and have them fix some thing in his billing that was not correct. I am trying to get the number from him. It is an AT&T thing.

Sorry i asked this on you discussion, but its soo confusing .
The mobile phone looking number is what you call the message center number. Contact your service provider to get the actual one. Then, make sure that you have the same number updated in Messaging -> Options -> Settings -> Text messages -> Msg. centre in use.
This is not your "actual phone number".
