I have an album on my iphone that I have tried to kill but it will not die.
PLEASE tell me how to kill a disc, I cannot get rid of an album from my Iphone. It keeps coming back after I delete delete delete it literally a dozen times!! HELP!!
On your iPad go to the App Store icon, Tap on the Purchased Tab.
It will show you all the Apps that have been bought with the Apple Id currently in use by the iPad.
Assuming its the same one being used on the iPhone, you should be able to find the App there.
To further help you find it you can tap on the "Not on this iPad" button to limit the results to just Apps not currenlty installed on your iPad.

I have a MacBook Pro running Yosemite.I did not shut down the computer last night. When I opened the computer this morning Dashboard in overlay was on the screen. I have not been able to get out of dashboard. I have tried esc, F12, and accessing System Preferences in the Dock. I clicked on Mission control and nothing changed. Help be get back to my desktop.
Did you try restarting the computer?
Delete com.apple.dashboard.plist file.
Quit all applications.
Option click the "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.
Select "Library" from the drop down.
Library > Preferences > com.apple.dashboard.plist
Right click on it and select "Move it to Trash".
Restart.
If this doesn’t help, Put back the com.apple.dashboard.plist
Right click the Trash icon in the Dock and select “Open”.
Right click the com.apple.dashboard.plist and select “Put Back”. -
I can´t syncronize my Iphone 5 with Itunes 11.1.5.5. The option looks like locked in the menu. I have tried reinstalling Itunes but this is not the solution. Actually my PC runs under Windows 8.1. and Iphone runs under IOS 7.1. Someone can help me, please?
It seems I have solved my own problem . . . well hopefully !! ;-)
I was using a 'non' Apple cable. When I swithced to using the stock cable that came with my iPhone, iTunes can now see that I have a 'Device' and identifies it correctly as my iPhone.
Hopefully this may help others . . . ?

I have a photo cd from photographer that was burned on a mac but it will not open on my mac. It goes in, makes some noise, then ejects. My system pref. is set to open iPhoto when a photo cd is inserted. She has sent me 2 disc and both do the same thing. Any ideas?
NOt an iPhoto issue - either a bad CD or a bad Superdrive on your computer - no way for us to tell try the CD in a different computer

I have downloaded the HD version of a movie from itunes, but when I sync it to my iPad 2 it will not play. It appears that it is on the iPad, but it will not play. Is this because it is HD, and if so is there a way to change it from being HD? Thanks
I'm having a similar problem ... just used my iPad 2 to purchase the Bourne trilogy and it downloaded fine but I did not try to play it right away. Then I plugged the iPad into the computer and it downloaded the SD versions of the movie and I used iTunes to sync my movies. Then I tried to play it and it said it could not open the movie. I then did a full iPad restore and did a fresh sync and now I get the Cannot Opne pop up. Did you ever find an answer to your question?

Please download iTunes from Apple.com and then sync your ipad.After which your ipad will appear on the right hand side upper corner of iTunes.Select your ipad and click check for update,once update has been found click update and follow the steps after that.

I have no sound for games in my iPad. I have tried the reset but it does not work. The speakers work as I have sound for music and videos.

Check your settings. The iPads have a small switch on the right edge. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430 It can be used as a rotation lock to keep the screen from automatically reorienting itself as you move around, but you need to have the tablet’s settings configured properly. That same switch, right above the volume buttons, can also be set to function instead as a mute button to silence certain types of audio.
If the switch is set to work as a mute button, you can change its purpose to “screen-rotation lock” by tapping the Settings icon on the home screen. On the Settings screen, tap General on the left side, and on the right side of the screen flick down to “Use Side Switch to.” Tap to select Lock Rotation or Mute to set the button’s function. Even if you set the side switch for your preferred use, you can still mute the Mini or lock the screen. Just double-click the Home button, and when the panel of apps appears along the bottom edge of the screen, flick the row from left to right with your finger. Tap the icon on the far left side of the row to either lock the iPad’s screen or mute the iPad’s alerts, notifications and sound effects. The only available, signed, iOS, for your iPod, is iOS 7.1. That's why you can't install iOS 6.1.6.

Could you please let me know what error prompts on your screen when you are trying to enter the serial number.
Have you bought subscription for Acrobat, if yes then you might need to sign in at "adobe.com" using your Adobe ID credentials to activate subscription.
