I have a Officejet 4500 Wireless printer Model G510n. My internet is att cable and I run Ubuntu 11.11 as my operating system. I can't get my HP printer set up. When I enter my network password I get an error message that my WPA Passpharse is invalid.

I had a similar issue. We recently had AT&T U-verse installed. Our printer, a J4680C Office Jet is connected to the desktop by USB cable and it was printing fine from there; however the printer was no longer being recognized by my laptop. I could manually add it but every time I printed; the print job just read Error-Printing.
I knew I needed to set up my printer to see the correct network 2WIREXXX (SSID) and I had a Network Access Key (passphrase/WPA) from the side of my RG (residential gateway/router) but every time I entered that number the printer told me it was invalid. I did some research, spent hours trying the solutions which included uninstalling and reinstalling the entire printer and software, down-loading new drivers, banging my head against the wall, etc.
I finally called AT&T to no avail; they referred me to HP for support, who said they could help but I’d need to pay for advice since my printer was an older model. I was feeling very frustrated by this point and I am sharing what turned out to be user error in the hope of saving someone else some aggravation.
Here’s the deal, each time the message PASSPHRASE was displayed on the printer menu screen, I was hitting the forward arrow button and entering my PASSPHRASE or WPA or Network Access Key on the blank line. Little did I know but each time I did that, I was inadvertently adding a space in front of the passphrase! I kept getting the error message “invalid passphrase”, so my printer wasn’t part of my network and couldn’t be seen by other devices wirelessly.
I finally tried this. As soon as the word passphrase comes up; do not arrow forward, just immediately enter the WPA number. LOOK carefully at your WPA to make sure it is exact; no spaces in front or extra characters on the end (an i came up on my printer). If it does, just arrow back one time to erase it. When you are ready, hit OK and voila! Problem solved and my laptop now sees the wireless printer, is happily printing and my husband is allowed to talk out loud again. Hope this helps someone else avoid the same mistake!

You need to reset the password for the "old" account, and then use that to turn off iCloud. Then you will be able to sign in with your new ID.

Intermittently, when I try to enter the internet through Safari, it freezes up and won't fully load in the internet. If I turn the iMac off and start it again, it seems fine. I have had my internet provider check everything from their end.

Generally I would not use Facebook for sharing any photos, it compresses the photos substantially, and when you have shadows and dark colours you get visible "bands" where there should be subtle gradients, ie at sunsets and sunrises.
It sounds like you are using two methods to upload to Facebook:
1. Sharing from within Aperture, which basically syncs Facebook with your Aperture album, so any changes made at either end gets synced, hence the deletions from Albums, although the original file should still be in your library, just removed rom the album. It is like a playlist in iTunes.
2. Exporting pics and uploading to Facebook from the browser.
I am not sure how method 1 gets compressed, but I know that uploading hi-res jpegs to Facebook using method 2 results in poor quality images.
I wouldn't even bother comparing option 1 or 2, and they will both be poor images once you view them on Facebook, as opposed to viewing uploaded images on proper image sharing / hosting sites.
Your problem is not with Aperture, it is using Facebook for showing your work.
If you export pics form Aperture at high res jpegs or TIFFs your images will be fine.
If you insist to use Facebook as your way to share your work, then your workflow should be this:
1. Right click images you want to share.
2. Select Export version.
3. Export as 100% size and ensure the export settings are set at 100% quality.
4. Upload this pic into Facebook.
This will get you the best image size and resolution on Facebook.
See how you go.

I've been struggling with a similar issue myself and just figured it out. Some of my content had been purchased with an older Apple ID that I don't use any more. When I authorized my second computer, I only authorized it for my new Apple ID, not my old one. When I tried to copy my library to the new computer, many songs, apps, etc. reported the error "could not be copied because this computer is not authorized". It drove me crazy because I knew the computer was authorized and much of my library came over just fine.
Finally I selected some of the problem items, selected "Get Info" from the menus, and saw that they were all purchased by my old Apple ID. I then authorized my old Apple ID on my new computer, and all of my files are copying correctly now.
Would be great if the message said something like "...because this computer is not authorized for Apple ID [email protected]"

Firefox has been working great on my computer for months, and then all the sudden it wouldn't load any pages. So naturally I restarted my computer, but when it restarted Firefox wouldn't open at all. The icon glows for a bit like normal, then it fades and never actually opens. When I try to use the 'run' command, I get this error:

I also tried the same for the file in the x86 folder but it gave the same error, and I went and looked for the files in the location given and they were there.
Firefox didn't crash, so there aren't any other error messages I can give you.

Unless you're talking about the entire Mozilla Firefox folder (which isn't what the thing you copied says,) there is no installation folder.

The only other thing I can suggest is to use the Repair option for iTunes.
Download the iTunes programme (do not uninstall your current iTunes) and then "install" the new copy. At some stage you should see an option to "install" or "Repair". Take the Repair option.
Once you've done that, if you still have a problem, I don't know what else to suggest, except to search through the discussions to see if anyone else has had the problem and managed to fix it.
