Hi all, I'm trying to download a film from iTunes onto my iPad but downloaded the HD version instead of SD and don't have the room to download it. Have removed everything I can to make space but still need another 1.2 GB. Is there any way I can delete it so I can delete the version I wanted, or even better change to the SD version? I'm trying to buy a song from ITunes which i have done many times, but it wont except my apple ID and a page comes up saying that its my first time buying from this computer and i have to answer security questions but it wont except my answers there either, which i know are right. While all this is happening i am actually already signed to itunes so why wont it accept my password when trying to buy???? Please Help.
Wish I could help. My wife is having the same problem. Same computer for 2 years and all of a suddent it thinks this is her first purchase.

I downloaded a film from ITunes in HD and had problems, I upgraded to the latest version of ITunes and have then downloaded the film again in SD on my Windows 7 computer, but I still can't get the film to play, any idea's what to do next?
I've been working at the same problem for hours now and it's really driving me crazy so any help would be greatly appreciated.It is working now. I no longer get the message about the item not being available in the US and I can access the store.

What exactly happens when you try to sync?
Does iTunes see the iPod?
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

After upgrading the new operating system on my Droid Razr M it seems some useful features no longer work such as when typing a message the text anticipates the next word and when trying to delete individual messages from a contact, you can no longer tap and hold to select multiple message you have to delete them individually or the entire thread. Is there a way to get these back?

As expected, cdm-git also works fine since DMs only work in the root mode as of now.
Just for the record, both type commands output "/usr/bin/startx" and pacman -Q gives "systemd 215-4".

I am attempting to download 2 films from itunes one states download in 54 minute and is 2.01 Gb and the other states 1.64gb and will take 4 hours to download any advice?
It seems that I have solved my issue by performing a full factory reset (erasing all content, something which I had hoped to avoid) restoring from an iCloud backup did not alleviate the issue, I had to set up as a new iPad.
Hopefully anyone else else who has this issue in the future will be able to find this. -

I am getting this message sandbox environment error no test user account, when downloading any application from iTunes, friend told me to sign out and sign in iTunes it might solve the problem , and i triyed it but still I cannot login I to my itune account. How long have you waited to download this movie, and how fast is your internet connection?
The movies can be a few gigabytes in size, so if could take a few hours to download if your internet connection isn't super fast. -

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that song from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link. -

Having downloaded a film from iTunes and watched it download (for the second time) it did so, processed and disappeared.
It did not show in the purchased section of iTunes and was not in the videos app. It was a rented movie.
I checked restrictions and turned the iPad off and on twice. Still nothing, please help.
I am in Thailand, would that make a difference?What is important is how much free storage you have on your iPad not how much storage you have on iCloud ( which must be 17.2 GB of 25 GB).
