I have an error=-100000 when I download my music from itunes.

I'm running itunes on win7 system.

Is this my computer erro,or the music on itunes is just missing. So, I can't download it.
how can I fix it?

Copy all of your music from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup copy, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries.

    To fix this, first unlock the folder using the padlock icon in the bottom-right corner of "get info." You will have to supply your admin password to do this.
    Then click the little + sign in the bottom left corner to add a user, and select your user ID from the list of choices. Give yourself Read & Write permissions. (Alternatively, you could change the permissions of "everyone" to Read & Write; others have done that, but I was leery of doing it).
    Re-lock the folder when you're done.
    Hopefully that will solve it.

  • Getting Error 9812 when trying to buy music from ITunes store

    I want to buy one song from the ITunes Store. I am able to access the song, but when I push the "Buy Song' button, it says "Unable to access Itunes store - an unknown error occurred - 9812".     If I am understanding you correctly, it sounds like you are returning to an old iPhone that has been erased and you would like to set it up as a new device without restoring from a backup which would affect the name of your iPhone, as well as the contents therein.     Basically, it seems like you may be stuck on a screen that is asking if you would like to restore your device from the backup that is filed under the name of your new iPhone, or if you would like to set up the device as a new device.     Where are you looking to download them from ? You might be able to redownload them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your Mac's iTunes. If that album shows there but doesn't have the cloud symbol against it for redownloading then that implies that it's still in your iTunes library

    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

    That suggests the file is being damaged during download. The first thing to try is a different browser
    Failing that, router issues have been implicated, try restarting your router.
    Otherwise the easiest thing is to get a friend to download iTunesSetup.exe for you and put it on a memory stick.
