Hello, I have a problem, trying to acces my netflix account on my apple tv, it appears an error ATV-ui1613 says to try to acces later, and I couldnt do it yet. i cannot access my netflix account, this all began when I configured my itunes account on a new PC, but at the Pc it seems to be well recognized and activated. My itunes account is working good on the PC, is when trying to access netflix and rent itunes movies that I have issues.
Can somebody help me figure it out please?

Power cycle the ATV and router.
If the issue continues, on the ATV select Settings > General > Reset

If my husband add a new iCloud account to his iPhone 5, will he be "locked out" because he's using a new Apple ID to do it? Does he have to use a new Apple ID to create a new iCloud account? You can change the Apple ID without any problem. On his device, go to Settings > iCloud > Delete account and login with his Apple ID so he'll get his information. iCloud needs an Apple ID, so if he hasn't got one, he must create an Apple ID > http://appleid.apple.com
When you delete the iCloud account, all the information will be deleted, so I recommend you to turn off each service before deleting iCloud -

You should see a Netflix icon on your main menu. Simply select it and login. If you happen to own a 1st gen device then you won't be able to access.

My iCal has frozen after I tried to paste info from an email into a reminder. I get a "server reports an error" message with what I tried to paste in the box. Calendar is frozen and will only close by forcing it. Any help?
Did another window open with the pasted information? If so, try hitting "enter/return" key and "delete" key at the same time. That should get rid of the current action on the ical, the extra window should go bye-bye, and all should be fine with the world.

I was using my wifi last night when I got an error message stating my ip address had been taken over. Then safari stopped working and i can no longer access the internet. I looked at my ip address and it states 000.000.000....can someone please help?
Sounds like a bogus pop up. In any case power down your Mac, your modem, your router. Then power back up in 1 minute sequence; modem, router, Mac.

Little hard to understand what you are asking. Let me guess that this not an Iphone4S issue. Its a problem with your service provider. Contact them.

my partner has an ipad and i have a mac book pro... we share the same itunes account (apple id) but believe we can have a seperate apple id for use of the icloud... we do not want each others documents to be in sync with ipad and mac book... help? thanks
Each of you should set up your separate iCloud account on your own computer using your Apple ID. This gives you two independent iCloud accounts.
Note that an iPad is not a multi-user device. It can only be synced with one account. -
I have just connected my new apple TV and in the main menu see only two icons: computers and settings. How do I access the rest of the icons (internet, movies etc...) We do not live in the US. The unit has full WiFi access with no problems, I can access ITunes on my laptop via home sharing no problem.

Reading through the threads my take is
There seems to be something awry with wifi chipset. Typical symptoms are initially being able to connect to connect to a Wifi network then the connection is dropped. Then you see just the 'computers' and 'settings' icons on screen
Power off, reset and factory restore doesnt seem to solve it
Occasionally its nearby antenna cables etc causing interference
One report with convincing evidence it was the HDMI cable, swapping to anotehr cable fixed the problem
Plugging in ethernet works, this is purely a wifi issue
Sometimes plugging in ethernet temporararily wakes up the wifi
Many people seem to have exchanged their units only for the same thing to happen to the new unit a few weeks later. Just wondering if its a fomponent fail or heat issue. -

Did you have a rescue email address on your account ? If you did then have you checked the inbox and spam folders on that for the reset email ?
If not then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the password reset.

You can't create another account with the same email address, and all purchases are tied to the account that downloaded them - so creating a new account won't give you access to a previous account's purchases. -
After resetting devices in Netflix, Apple TV is not finding my Netflix account
Apple TV was reporting that it couldn't connetct to Netflix and to try again later. My MacBook and Wii were fine. After several days of this, I reset my Apple TV settings and reset my devices in my Netflix account. All devices are back up, including my iPhone, except my Apple TV. Because I reset devices in Netflix I had to reenter my login and password to Netflix. This worked on other devices. Apple TV said it couldn't find my account. I reset my password in Netflix and tried again. Again, all other devices are still working, but Apple TV cannot find my account. I'm confident that I'm entering the right login and password because I did it successfully on every other device.
Ideas?I'm having the same issue. I live on a farm and the only internet fast enough is from my phone. I've connect the hotspot, but I get that same error when I try and play something. What does work, however, is if I pull up the netflix app on my phone (a different phone from the one I am using as a hotspot), play it from there, and airplay it on the apple TV. It's a big pain and it effectively slows my connection because I'm streaming it through the hotspot onto my phone and then pushing that back through the network onto the Apple TV. Any way to play it directly from Apple TV??
