I Have an extra charge on my account for $19.99. This has happened before and it's to difficult to figure out how to get ahold of you! I am handicap.

    Digital Editions can open files of .pdf , .epub and .acsm format.
    When you click on a download link from an online bookstore, a .acsm file gets downloaded to the "Downloads" folder of your computer. You need to double click on this .acsm file(if Digital Editions is already installed) to get the book. If you still get a message saying that your computer doesn't have a way to open this file, please manually associate Digital Editions to the .acsm file type OR open Digital Editions and drag and drop the .acsm file onto Digital Editions.

    This is a member to member Board and no one from eBay monitors it. You bought a TVThe price was $700There were taxes of $91.Do you mean you bought from a Canadian seller or do you mean that the TV was coming from the USA? You picked up the TV.Did you go to the seller's house? Was it necessary to go to a PO or a courier office to pick it up? There was a charge of $11 on your PP account.Are you sure this was related to the purchase of the TV?Did you pay the $791 by Paypal?Was there Free Shipping on the TV?If a courier was involved the $11 may have been their charge for delivery.

    Have you purchased two items, and have you checked the purchase history on your account, does the receipt have two items listed on it ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases. On your iPad you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com
    Or did you add or change your credit card details on your iTunes account ? Each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

    I don't know what you mean by 'extra charged' (have you made in-app purchases within the app, or are you in the US and need to add on your state's sales tax to the listed price ?), or have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

    Well no, not from my experience.   Last night, with a balance of about $42 in the iTunes store (several gift cards this summer) I purchased a 4.99 app - credit card was charged, not the balance in the iTunes store.

    When using iTunes to purchase content for the first time on a new device, it may require you to verify your payment information as a way to authenticate your device.  If this not a new device attempting to access iTunes store and prompting you provide payment information, there could be an outstanding balance.  This article will show you how to verify you purchase history and invoices.

    Also, you can change the payment method as none as long as there isn't an outstanding balance on the account.

    You should open a new discussion when you have an issue separate from the original poster so you can get your own attention.
    In this case what most likely happened was your bank is declining the charge so its showing up as a pending authorization hold. You should see the available balance go back up after a few days if this is the case.
    The bank has the abillity to immediately dismiss authorization holds as they are the ones holding the money out of your account in case the merchant (iTunes) decides to take it. In this case they will probably advise you to wait until it automatically drops off.

    Be advised this happens when you have an unpaid order on your account, you can fix this by paying for the order from your purchase history:http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727 (use a card that wont be declined or add a iTunes Gift Card)
    If several business days go by and your money hasn't returned you should contact iTunes again to see if they have additional information about the charges.

    I've checked your account—you have two ExportPDF subscriptions. One placed on October 20 2013, and the other placed on October 11 of this year. So, you were probably charged the auto renewal for the subscription placed in 2013, and then the new charge for this year's order.
    Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help get things situated for you. There's no reason to have two subscriptions to the same service, so an agent can help you cancel one, if you'd like.
