I have an HP2055dn printer that isn't receiving a wireless signal from an Mac Airport router.

I moved the printer and it doesn't receive the wireless signal. Does the printer need to be attached to my computer for it to receive a wireless signal from another computer?

Do you use access point (AP) for your network ? The printer needs to be close to the AP, not computer(s). One option is to have a booster/amplifier but this costs money and time.

They have a trial version you can test before you purchase. It limits you to 10 minutes of streaming before it starts inserting noise into the stream.
But you may not need it. I've read a bit further, and it appears that you may be able to stream any system audio to an Airport Express without needing AirFoil since you have Mountain Lion. I though it would work only with an Apple TV, but I've seen mention that it works with the AE as well (I don't have one to try). When you get your Airport Express set up, go to the Sound (speaker) icon in the menu bar, hold down the Option key, and click the icon. You may see the AE listed there as a selectable output device; if so, select it and all your system audio should be sent to the AE, including Spotify.

Photos on your computer should be included with your computer's backup along with all other important data. The iPad is not designed to intended to be a backup storage device.
The transfer of photos from a computer to an iOS device via the iTunes sync process is a one way transfer only - from the computer to the device. Photos are optimized for viewing on the device the photos are being transferred to - the original resolution of the photos is changed, which is why transferring these photos in the opposite direction is not supported.
There are some 3rd party paid utilities that support transferring these photos in the opposite direction.

For the past week or so, I have been unable to properly access my hotmail. I have a MacBook Pro running Firefox 14.0.1 and Safari 5.1.7. Firstly, hotmail asks me to upgrade my browser, when all are up to date. Secondly, when I am in hotmail, i cant send or read any messages because once I click on a message, i am redirected to "compose new message" before being redirected back to the hotmail home page. I can access some features of hotmail using Firefox, but I still cant send emails (I cant type any text into the message). Keep in mind, you're using a Microsoft based email client on a Mac.
You may find it easier to setup your Hotmail account with in the Mac Mail application. That way you can avoid having to access your mail via Safari.
Launch Mac Mail. From the Mail menu bar top of your screen click Mail > Preferences then select the Accounts tab then the Account Information tab.
Under Accounts on the left click + (plus)
Enter your name, your Hotmail email address and password then click Continue. Just follow the instructions.
When there is new mail, you'll see a red badge on the Mail icon in your Dock.

You can sync iOS apps from your compute's iTunes library to your iPod. An iPod will only run iOS apps/games. It will not run or even sync computer apps/games.

Part of the validation for credit cards is that they need to be registered to exactly the same name and address that you have on your iTunes account, which prepaid cards tend not to be. Do you have a proper credit card that you could use ? Or are iTunes gift cards available in your country so that you could try using them as your payment method ?
Until you have a valid payment method on your account and what you owe iTunes has been paid off then you won't be able to download any item from the store, including free apps (and updates to apps).

TS4268 Verification email not received to activate FaceTime from additional gmail accounts on ipad. I have checked the spam folders and tried sending the activation email from my Mac as well but I'm still not getting them.

In Mail Preferences/Accounts/each GMail account, set up the SMTP Outgoing Server for each account separately, going into SMTP name/edit/Advanced and specify the Username of each account. The Outgoing servers must be two different servers, authenticated by the Username and Password of each.
Otherwise, the GMail SMTP server will change the from address to that of the account where the SMTP server was setup.

Snow ABS - Isn't transmitting a wireless signal?

I've done everything to try and get other (not-wired) machines to see the ABS to no avail.
I've:
Soft Reset
Hard Reset
Power Cycled Cable Modem
I can administer the ABS through Airport Admin but Airport Setup doesn't even SEE the base station (either through the wired machine OR the wireless machine).
The ABS still works as a router (the cable modem and the G4 desktop are connected through it) but it doesn't seem to be sending any wireless signal.
Does anyone have any idea of what I can do? It worked fine until last night when it was unplugged for about 15 minutes.

The version of the Airport Setup Assistant provided with MacOS 10.4 will not work with Snow and Graphite Base Stations - which explains that particular problem you are having. You need to configure the device manually using the Airport Admin Utility provided with MacOS 10.4.
After you did a hard reset of the Snow Base Station - did you follow the mandatory "software reload" of the Base Station to get it back into a fully operational state? See:

If a software reload of the Snow Base Station has been done, and if none of your computers is able to "see" the Base Station's wireless network - ie its wireless network name is not listed when you click on the MacOS Airport menu item - then it is possible the wireless transmitter in the Airport Base Station has failed.
