Clear Safari, close Safari and reboot the iPad. Then try again.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data.
Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the Safari icon. Tap the home button twice.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

If you are stuck in an app, run the device dead and restart by charging. Next MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MESS UP WHEN OPENING AN APP open settings > General > Accessibility > Assistive Touch > on.

If a restore did not fix it, you have a hardware issue--possible bad wi-fi radio.

yes, I thought my limits were 20 MB, but I let my client talk me into trying to send it anyway (won't be doing that again). I actually spent some time with the apple tech support person (who was awsome!) and he had me delete some files from my mail folder in the Administrator folder and changed some settings in my mail prefernces.
Everything is working fine now. -
I have 5 devices authorized to my itunes account. 2 of them crashed long ago. Now that I have a new pc, I am unable to authorize it. I think from what I've read that I should "deauthorize all" and then go back and authorize my current 3 devices. Is this correct? I have tons of music and need to make sure I won't lose anything. No that is not correct.
Devices do not count toward the 5. Authorization is only for computers, not iphone/ipod/ipad/Apple tv.
You do not authorize or deauthorize devices at all.
If you have reached the limit of 5 authorized COMPUTERS, then deauthorize all and the authorize the active COMPUTERS. -

I have a 4th generation iPod. My system is Windows 7, 64-bit. iPod not recognized in iTunes. It is in my computer. Also getting iTunes error message about cd/dvd drivers not properly installed. I've restalled 5 times and still not working. Finally got iPod software to properly install. Please help!

To solve this issue you must first find out if it's a carrier problem or device problem.
So what I suggest is that you try another sim card from another carrier, if you still have issue with the device than you can try a clean restore according to HT1414.
If that dont solve the problem contact apple support.

The apple store has changed my I broken Iphone to a new one. But when I got it, i did not have all my purchased songs and apps in it.
You will need to plug it into your computer and re-sync them from iTunes. The iPhone is meant to be synced/backed up to iTunes on your computer on a regular basis. It is NOT a primary or backup storage device.

Sorry first post in this forum. I can log on to Yahoo email, read a few emails and then the infamous multi-colored spinning wheel appears and I end up having to shut down and cycle back in again.
