If you had iPhoto version 9.5.1 then you can reinstall from the app store under purchases
If you had any version of iPhoto '11 then you can install for free from the App store
If you had any earlier version of iPhoto (iPhoto '09 version 8.x.x) or older then you need to purchase iPhoto '11 version 9.x.x from the app store
If you had iPhoto '08 (version 7.x.x) or older then you also need to download and run the iPhoto library upgraded prior to launching the new iPhoto

Your are likely to find running two different AppleIDs on the same device to be more trouble than it is worth. Apps and content cannot be shared between IDs.

The only thing you can do when you have forgotten the passcode is to restore the device as a new phone. A restore requires a computer and iTunes. If you have the computer you normally sync with, you could restore from a backup and not lose any content, however if you don't have that computer, you will lose all content with a restore. If you don't have that computer, you can restore with any computer that has iTunes.

Yes, there are cables in the Apple Store that will send video to an external screen, but it depends on the app....3rd party apps may need to be written to allow video out...some mirror the iPhone screen and some only use the external - it depends on how the app works, etc.
