It sounds like you may be experiencing issues on your non iOS 8 devices because iOS 8 is required to set up or join a Family Sharing group.
The following information is located in the print at the bottom of the article.

Family Sharing requires a personal Apple ID signed in to iCloud and iTunes. Music, movies, TV shows, and books can be downloaded on up to 10 devices per account, five of which can be computers. iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite are required to set up or join a Family Sharing group and are recommended for full functionality. Not all content is eligible for Family Sharing.

If you want to use AirPrint - the buit in feature in iOS that allows you to print directly from the iPad without another app - you need to be using an AirPrint Printer. There is a list of those printers here.
AirPrint basics
If your printer is not on the list, you may still be able to use your current printer, but will need to purchase a printing app for the iPad from the App Store.
I don't understand you reference to iOS 10 unless you mean OS X10 for Mac.

Your phone is carrier locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use.
It was apparently hacked to unlock it prior to your attempt to update. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier.
Contact them and find out what their policy is.

Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

No clue why you cannot make video calls over your cellular operator... have you tried contacting them?
If you're referring to FaceTime, it is currently limited to Wi-Fi only.
Sending files via Bluetooth is not a supported feature of the iPhone or iOS. A simple search of the web or these forums would have made that abundantly clear.
Threatening to throw away valuable items in these forums only serves to make you look less than intelligent. No one here is an Apple employee, we are all users like yourself. As such, we could care less what you do. If you choose to be stupid, that's up to you.

Hi, I have an iPad that is not able to connect to any of the Cisco wireless access points at work. The iPad is on the latest iOS 5.0.1. I did a reset on the iPad and erased all content and settings. The wireless network I'm trying to connect uses WPA2 Enterprise encryption. I'm able to connect to a Verizon mifi device so I know wireless is working. It seems like it's just not getting the certificate. I'm able to connect to our wireless network from other iPads just fine except for this one device. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to troubleshoot the issue. Thank you.

I suggest updating using iTunes on your computer (current version: 11.0.3).
Update iOS first, then apps.

My guess is you have a very old version of iTunes on your Mac.
Go to http://www.apple.com/itunes on your mac to download a more recent copy.
Depending on how old your Mac is and how old its OS X is, you may not get too current an iTunes version. The latest is 11.0.4.

I have a laptop with microsoft outlook for work emails, and an ipad (with IOS 7.1) and an i-phone with ios 7.0.6 currently. Since about 2 weeks ago, I now get all spam emails coming to my aple device inbox.

In other words, my outlook email account correctly identifies spam email and places it automatically into my spam inbox on outlook, but with my iphone and ipad, all the apm emails as well as my "good" emails are coming into my inboxes on my apple devices. In other words, they are not correctly synconising with my outlook inbox? They have all worked happily in tandem for a few years, but recently, they have stopped synchronising incoming email and I now get hundreds of spam email downloading onto my apple devices where as before this didn't happen. Any explanations? solutions?

1) I had updated my Ipad with IOS 8.0 and has had all the problems that everybody know but especially the Ipad not turn up correctly, the screen flashed
2) 2 day ago in the morning i found the ipad in loop, the Apple icon appeared e then after some time the ipad restart again and again and again without give to me the possibility to do anything with itunes, until the only possible thing to do has been to reinstall all and recover all from the backup
3) after the recovery I have more 800 app and all are scattered and mixed Especially out of the original forlders but the ipad has only 15 screens (max 300 app) not all are Showed in itunes are Showed in 20 screens but everithing is very very very slow and difficult to to do, all the organization maded during the years is gone lost, a very disaster
4) I have upgraded to ios 8.02 but the problem when switch on is always present, when you switch off it, then it not switch on again but only after a lot of attempts with the supply cord plugged it restart, I much fear a repeat of the loop and I must start all over again.
5) I hope that the 8.03 will be available very very quickly

IOS 8.03 no better. No probs with 8 8.01 and 8.02.....now with 8.03 ipad not responding at all. White screen is all I have when "home button" used to start ipad. Unable to power down or soft reboot. Now have crashed ipad!

Our SAP system is down. When checked I found PSAPUNDO tablespace needs recovery. (From SYSSMU1$ to SYSSMU10$ NEEDS RECOVERY and SYSSMU11$ to SYSSMU17$ are offline).
So I have created another tablespace PSAPUNDO2 and altered the system.
SQL >create undo tablespace PSAPUNDO2 datafile 'D:\Oracle\SOL\sapdata1\undo_2\UNDO.DATA2' size 700MB;
SQL>alter system set undo_tablespace=PSAPUNDO2 scope=spfile;
I have changed undo_management to Manual. And I have not dropped old tablespace PSAPUNDO yet,
I have restarted the system and initially the database was not open.
I gave command alter database open and opened it.
The oracle has been started normally. But still SAP instance cannot be started.

Thanks for your reply. When I checked SAP down issue(around 6th Dec) I had exteneded the tablespace PSAPUNO and PSAPSR3 with brtools and restarted the server.
Then I checked further and found the problem was PSAPUNDO needs recovery.
Then I created another tablespace PSAPUNDO2 and altered system. (See my previous post).
Now as you told I checked alert log history to check when the problem started and found the following:
