IPad Mini wifi not working even after updating to 6.0.2
I have updated my ipad mini to 6.0.2 still it says "Unable to join the network". I have tried everything possible Restored it to the factory settings, erased network settings, hard reset ipad (as told by apple personnel). Also the following, as suggested by many:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best)
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app
• Tap on Wi-Fi
• Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button
Have also, removed encryption settings from my router even in that case it does not connect. HELP PLS !!!!I have the same issue, nothing I did fixed the problem, I would suggest if you can visit apple store and give us your feedback with them.
for me I can't go to apple store because I don't have any store near me, I will have to wait for 2 months to travel! -
After charging iPad mini did not work and it was too hot
I have left my iPad mini charging for two hours when I unplugged the iPad it was too hot and dead it wouldn't work
I led it Coll down a bit and tried again but no change any ones knows what would have happened?Not normal. Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation.

If your cable and iPad are less than a year old, make an appointment at your local apple store and take them in. If they find that there are manufacturer's defects they can be covered under the warranty.

I bought my iPad mini two weeks ago and used my apple ID to make it sync with my iPhone. But so far I have not been able to activate iMessage and face time. It only gives me the option of signing in and when I do that I get an error message telling me that either my user name or password for my email is incorrect; even though I have been using my correct my apple ID in the password entry area. My apple ID works for every thing else. Please, can you help in this case?

New IPad mini does not share photos using Photo stream. Turned on sharing on both devices and also setup bluetooth both devices and they are connected. have photos on my mini put does not send to my Mac using photo stream
GaryPhoto stream doesn't use bluetooth; only wifi. Photos added to the camera roll on your device are automatically added to photo stream when the camera app is closed, your device is connected to wifi, and it has at least 20 % battery life remaining. Also, only photos added to the camera roll after enabling photo stream are uploaded, not photos prior to enabling photo stream. If the photos appear in your my photo stream album on your iPad Mini, then they were successfully added to your photo stream.
To share them with your Mac, your Mac must be running OS X Lion (10.7.4) or higher, and you must have either iPhoto 9.2 or higher or Aperture 9.2 or higher. If you do, you must sign into your iCloud account in System Preferences>iCloud and check Photo Stream in order for the photos to automatically be added to iPhoto (or Aperture). A day before got new IPAD mini (Wifi-Cellular). When trying to look forpasscode enable option, it ended with nothing to avail. Would like to know if there is any such priviledge or not. Secondly, when the iPad is left idle for awhile ,say, 5 minutes,, a poor screensaver pops up and continues to play IPad advertisement, which we usually find in DEMO products @stores. Doubtful, if seller has handed over bad/demo stuff to me. Please suggest. It took whole of last night to figure out on Google, but no success.

Either will work fine in Central Asia as loge ad the carries support GSM (almost all do).
One of the iPads will only work with the AT&T GSM) network if you are in the USA and the Other with the Virizon network (uses CDMA, not GSM/SIM) if you are in the USA -

Thank youWifi is wifi (generally) and you should be able to take your american bought device (presuming that's what you mean) to europe and get it online.
The biggest issue you may face is to make sure you have a plug adapter. Your power brick is rated for world wide power variances you'll just need an adapter to make the plug fit eurpoean plugs. -
