I have an Iphone 3G, how do I upgrade to iCloud from Mobile Me? I want to switch over before the deadline so that I can maintain my email address. I also have a Mac Book Pro, but don't have the correct operating system. Any suggestions?

iPhone 3G is up to date with iOS 4.2.1, that is the highest this iPhone will go. If it is lower than 4.2.1 update to 4.2.1 is performed with iTunes on computer.

My wife just bought an iPhone after admiring mine for a year. After I synced hers to our computer my contacts show up on her phone (hers don't show up on mine).
In iTunes I clicked on my wife's phone profile and then the info tab. While there is a section for "contacts" I see no place to select a specific set of contacts (the window that seems to display different contacts is blank) .

You can create a separate library for your wife's iPhone.
To create a new library:
First create a new folder in the iTunes/music folder called Wife iPhone, so that it is easy to determine that this is where your wife's iPhone library etc are stored.
1: Double click on the iTunes icon and straight away after doing this hold down the SHIFT key.
2: You should now see a little window appear, click on create library and choose the location where you are wanting it saved to, its advisable to save it in the folder called wife iPhone. You will now have created a totally separate library for that iPhone.
3: When you are wanting to connect/sync with the desired iPhone to iTunes and access the library that, that one uses. You need to load up iTunes again and hold the SHIFT key, but this time you need to click on choose library and locate the library file from the folder you created earlier (wife iPhone). The library file will have .itl on the end of its name.

You only have the following options: 1. Change your Apple ID password...doesn't always work though; 2. If you setup a support profile, with Apple, you can login to your support profile & remove the phone...should always work; 3. Call AppleCare.

Open the photo app on your mobile device and if not already selected. Tap the albums button at the bottom of the screen of the next screen that appears, tap the word "select" in the top right hand corner of the screen, and tap as many photos as you want to delete so, that they display the checked icon (tick). When you have selected all the photos you want to delete, tap the trash can in the bottom right corner of the screen and confirm.

Get a micro-SIM from the carrier in Mexico that you don't have to manually cut down. If that carrier doesn't provide one, switch to another carrier that is not so low-budget.

Yes - I connected my phone to my computer / Itunes and went into the apps section, but from there I have no idea how to manage the push notifications. I even tryied going into itunes that is installed on my phone. I still cannot find anyplace to manage these popups. I have also gone into settings - notifiations - and tried turning all notifications for these apps all off but that didnt work either. Windows 7 will download video just fine via the USB cable and your Import utility on the computer. Connect the device to the computer and it should open Auto Play and provide you a selection to import photos and video. The video would be saved in whatever location you have set up in Auto Play. Generally the default is the Video Library.

Sorry - not sure what you are asking. The Purchased music on your device is either on your device (i.e., downloaded to it), or it is not downloaded, in which case it is in iTunes in the Cloud. On your Mac, the same is true. Each device or machine may have different Purchases downloaded from iTunes in the Cloud.
