I have an iPhone 4 and as of two days ago, it just stopped charging. I have tried using multiple different chargers but none seem to work. I don't know whether or not I have a warranty on it or not. What would be the best way to proceed with this issue?

To check your warranty status, find your serial number in Settings > General > About > Serial Number. Then enter it at http://selfsolve.apple.com.
Did you try a different computer/outlet as well as different chargers?
