Hold the sleep/wake button and the home button until the phone shuts down and let it restart.

Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.
Have you tried ALL the troubleshooting steps? If you have and you're still having problems, then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation and possible exchange. -

I have a US iPhone 3GS made in 2011. Now in the Philippines I had it unlocked. Now Internet is turned off and no technician can turn it on. I can only use Internet when I have WiFi access. Any ideas?

If it was not unlocked by AT&T, then it was hacked. Hacked and jailbroken phones can not be discussed here per the TOS. -

Did you purchase the Mac new?
You have 14 calendar days from the time your items are delivered to initiate a return as noted here.
Even though you are past the 14 day limit, if it were me, I'd take the Mac back and explain what's going on. Your Mac should work out of the box.

No. iOS 4.2.1 is the last OS supported on the iPhone 3G...if that's what you mean by "iphone 3."

I'm having trouble with my Time Capsule Airport, I made all the settings according to the manual, but there has been a connection problem with my iMac. When I finish my work I turn off the imac and then again when they return to work and care, it can not connect to Time Capsule Airport, making it impossible to remove the files and make back up by Time Machine only works when I turn off and turn on the Airport Time Capsule , but I think this may end up with the unit. What can this happening and how to solve? Thank you.

Quando termino meus trabalhos desligo o imac e depois quando retorno pra trabalhar novamente e ligo, ele não se conecta a Airport Time Capsule, impossibilitando retirar os arquivos e fazer o back-up pelo Time Machine, só funciona quando desligo e ligo a Airport Time Capsule, mas acho que isso pode acabar com o aparelho. In the airport utility bring up your Time Capsule.

Please also make sure you are set to ipv6 in your wireless or ethernet .. whichever is used.. and do tell which.
This is wifi in your computer.
The following are important..
DO not use long names with spaces and non-alphanumeric names.
Use short names, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.
eg TC name. TCgen5
Wireless name TCwifi
Use WPA2 Personal security with 10-20 character pure alphanumeric password.
read apple instructions to help with TM and TC.. they did finally admit it has issues in Mavericks.

My Iphone 4g, won't turn on, I have tried the power button + home button several times and held them for over 3 minutes. It won't even respond to Itunes and I can't restore it because of that. A little water got into it before it completely shut off but it was like little drops.. Please HELPP.
I also have tried to put it in rice and left it there for 9 hours and it still doesn't workA drop or two of water may have been enough to cook it. If it was bad enough to prompt you to put it in a bag of rice, then I'd venture to guess it was more than a drop or two.
Try putting it back in the bag of rice and leave it there for several days.
If that doesn't fix it, then you're more than likely looking at paying for an out of warranty replacement.

Try restoring the iPod from backup. See the restoring section of the following:
iTunes: Backing up, updating, and restoring your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch software
If the apps and music are in your itunes library just sync them back to the iPod if necessary. If the apps and music are not in your iTunes library see the following. Not all options are available if you are outside the USA and do not have the latest iOS and iTunes.

I am getting a msg that my ipad hasnt been backed up in 2 wks. I have plugged in (at 100%) and locked and connected to wifi. I can not hit the ok button and my apps are showing in the back ground. Not able to use at all. How can I get my ipad working again.
thanks,Even though the iPod shows as been connected, it might not have actually received a valid IP address via DHCP from your Wi-Fi access point or router. Head to Settings -> Wi-Fi and tap the > next to the network you are connected. If 169.xxx.xxx.xxx is listed for an IP Address, then your iPod did not receive a valid IP address. To correct this you can reboot your router by unplugging it from power for about 30 seconds.
It wouldn't hurt to also reset your iPod. To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

In updating my iPod to 6.1.2, I received an error during the update. Now, my ipod is not rebooting. It continues to display a screen showing usb to Itunes picture. Turning off and back on, it goes back to this picture. I don't know how to reset so that I can restore from my backup.
A similar thing happened when I updated the ios on my ipad. But, I was able to reboot, and then restore from backup. How can I get my ipod to reboot and allow restore when it is not even recognized as I reconnect to my computer?Try:
