My contacts show and find my iphone....on the icloud. I just paid $20 thinking more storage would help, but it didn't. How can i cancel that and get a refund?
Where are is my music on the cloud? How do I upload my music to it? If I lose my phone, it looks like there is no where to go to retrieve my music.
And itunes won't let me sync my music to my computer. It is all music that I've purchased on itunes.

If the images are not identified as missing ... then you can't reconnect them
But I'm not really sure what is happening, as I don't understand your description of the problem, could you show us a screen capture? Or describe what appears on your screen in much more detail... -
I wanted to delete unwanted contacts from my phone, they came back when i would sync. I then deleted all the contacts from my computer in the hope of editing my contacts on the phone and tranfering them back to outlook. im using windows 7.
is there a way to trasfer the contact info from the phone to outlook? All I'm trying to do is make sure my contacts are backed up someplace, incase something happens to the phone. I dont care where they are, as long as they are saved.

The latest update for iCloud has downloaded, but, will not install, even when tried manually. The QuickTime update which was on the same page was ok though!

I trasferred pictures over from my computer to my iPhone 5 and now i cannot delete these pictures from my phone, and i cannot work out how to delete them from my phone by the computer as the pictures do not show up in my files on the computer, how can i remove them i have over 400 pictures that need removing?
If you have a Mac with iPhoto, plug the iPhone in and open iPhoto. Choose to import the photos. Once they have been imported, there should be an option to "Remove Imported Photos from Device". Choose this.

The synchronisation of iphone 4S to windows 7/64 bit does no longer work; kalender, individual ringtones and contacts get not sychronized in both directions. I tried reset on working configuration, deinstallation of itunes - nothing worked - what can be done to solve?
Couple of things to check:
You are using Outlook 2003, 2007 or 2010
You have selected to sync Calendars and Contacts with Outlook on the Info tab of your iTunes sync settings
You have selected your Outlook calendar as the default claendar on your iPhone (in Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Calendar)
If all that is correct and iTunes still won't sync correctly, you might have to try reinstalling Outlook. Another option is to enable iCloud syncing with Outlook (see http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/). This requires Outlook 2007 or 2010. If you decide to sync using iCloud but sure to disable contacts and calendar syncing in iTunes on the Info tab of your sync settings. Do not try to sync with both Outlook and iCloud or you will end up with duplicates in your contacts and calendar.
For syncing Ringtones confirm that:
The file is really a ringtone (right-click the file in iTunes, select Get Info, on the Summary tab it should say "Kind: Ringtone".
You have checked each of the ringtones you want to sync
You have checked "Sync only checked songs and videos" on the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings
You have checked Sync Tones on the Tones tab of your iTunes sync settings -
My partner and I share the powerbook and I use my iPad, Though we each log in with separate accounts all my pics and music are in both libraries . Can I isolate accounts from iCloud ?
Not quite sure exactly what you want to do, but you cannot do it on a PowerBook. iCloud requires Lion and Lion requires an Intel MacBook or MacBook Pro.

Make sure there is enough funds for storage. Contact your bank and verify they are not stopping transaction.

Everything should be on your computer.
You should be syncing contacts and calendars with your comptuer regularly.
You should be transferring all itunes purchases to your computer regularly.
You should be importing all pics taken with iphone to your computer regularly.
Most especially before any update.

Let me first say that I am NO EXPERT with anything Apple and really have only started looking into this iCloud stuff a few hours ago because I'm trying to help my mom free up some space on her iCloud. But anyway, here's what I'm learning and what I THINK might be happening to you.
Also, if any Apple support people (do they browse the forums to dish out helpful hints?) or people who probably know infinitely more than me about this stuff, please do chime in and confirm / correct my statements!
This is what I gather.
iCloud for Windows is set up with a local folder (let's call it "C:\Users\Administrator\Pictures\iCloud Photos\My Photo Stream") where iCloud will store photos uploaded to the Photo Stream. This will allow you to view your Photo Stream photos on your PC.
This does not mean that this is a PC backup of your Photo Stream photos, but just a way to view your Photo Stream from your PC. That being said, the general Photo Stream rules apply: 1. No videos are on the photo-stream, and 2. Photos on the Photo Stream will be removed after ~30 days and/or after hitting the Photo Stream limit of 1000 photos.
My guess is that the iCloud Windows App will delete photos from the local folder that are older than ~30 days and/or delete all but the most recent 1000 items if the 1000-item limit is reached.
That is a scary thought! I really hope you did not lose all your pictures, but my guess is that the iCloud local folder is NOT meant for backup but instead is the iCloud Windows App's sandbox for updating and managing Photo Stream photos.
All that being said, I'd say it's important to back up your photos in a separate folder not related to the iCloud local folder.
