It sounds like it still has her information on it, so it might be efficient to navigate to Settings, then General, then Reset, then Erase All Content and Settings. You can then set up the phone again, using your information. This way the phone will be yours, officially, and her data and information will be removed.

Adobe Reader X can only save reader-enabled forms. Adobe Reader XI can save all forms.

Have done both suggestions, still not working. Could it have somehting to do with my local network? I am using a wireless Internet provided by my apartment building so not sure if apple tv and my computer are not technically on the same "local network?"

THank you Ogelthorpe. When my wife's computer I went on line to the site that you sent and tried everything But nothing worked. When my son came to visit and his MacBook Pro did exactly the same thing we became suspicious - too much of a coincidence. We took both computers somewhere else, out of our apartment, and they both booted. We ran disk utility on both, but the report in both cases was that there are no issues with the hard drive. Back in our apartment neither will boot up. My MacBook Pro is a later model with a solid state drive and it seems to work fine here.. I tried an external drive and it works fine. We think that this has something to do with some kind of magnetic interference in our apartment to which the 2009 drives are susceptible. It is indeed a mystery!

Well you need to understand the behavior of h-reap or what it's called now, FlexConnect. In this mode, the clients are still remembers on the WLC until the session timer/idle timer expires. So switching between SSID's in h-reap will not be the same when switching when the AP's are in local mode.
Take a look at the client when connected in FlexConnect in the WLC GUI monitor tab. Thus will show you what ssid and vlan the client is on. Now switch to a different ssid and compare this. It's probably the same because the client has not timed out. Now go back to the other ssid and look again. Now on the WLC, remove or delete the client and then switch to the other ssid at the same time. Or switch SSID's and then remove the client. The client will join the new ssid and in the monitor tab, you should see the info.
There is no need to have clients have multiple SSID's unless your testing. Devices should only have one ssid profile configured to eliminate any connectivity issues from the device wanting to switch SSID's.

Can send exrernal mail but not able to recieve exrernal mail

I have a Mac Mini server that I am setting up DNS, Web, Mail, and Directory services on and am having a problem receiving external mail. I am able to send mail to external email addresses just fine. The bounce back email I get on the external email contains the following error...
+The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 5.7.1 <[email protected]>: Relay access denied (state 14).+
After setting the SMTP logging level to informational in Server Admin the error that shows up is below...

I have been fighting this for two days and am not sure where to go from here. I am not sure if this is a mail or DNS setting issue.

Disregard the last post. I made a few changes and this is where everything currently stands.
This server is a MacMini Server that is hosted at Macminicolo.net. I am looking to host several different websites for family and friends along with the mail services for each site. The server does have two IPs setup on it 66.209.67.87 and 66.209.67.60 if that would help.
I have changed the hostname of the server to server.minisrvr.com using the following comand
scutil --set HostName server.minisrvr.com
The new DNS records are below...
minisrvr.com. is a primary zone
A               server.minisrvr.com.          66.209.67.87
CNAME     mail.minisrvr.com.             server.minisrvr.com.
CNAME     ns1.minisrvr.com.             server.minisrvr.com.
CNAME     ns2.minisrvr.com.             server.minisrvr.com.
ebcwaco.org. is a primary zone (I wasn't sure if ebcwaco needed its own primary zone or not)
CNAME     ebcwaco.org.             server.minisrvr.com.
CNAME     www.ebcwaco.org.     server.minisrvr.com.
The MX record resolves to server.minisrvr.com.
Now everything except for DNS does not seem to be working for ebcwaco.org causing the website to not function. If there is any additional information needed please let me know. I am trying to get this up and running as soon as possible and am very greatful for your help.

Received attachments on PC (Outlook) but not on my Mac (Mail)

I use IMAP protocol on my Mac and PC and so far i have not had any problems synchronising them. Today I noticed that one particular mail is received by both, my PC (Outlook) and Mac (Mail) but while on PC I can see 14 attached jpg files in Mail there are no attachments at all. Not even something that would suggest that the mail contained attachments, e.g corrupted files or similar. By the way, this hapened on my AIM account.

but you keep all messages on the server, and it will exchange some info with your computers to keep track of what is downloaded already and what's new. (otherwise you would be downloading all mails each time, wouldn't you).
So my guess is that this is still interfering in a way with the 2nd client.
Try a reverse situation, first download to the Mac, then the PC. Same problem?

but when i am importing whole book then i am not able to make it.

Ok, silly question - why are you bothering to try and create PDFs from RH when you've got FM? FM to PDF produces great results; RH to PDF involves having to go through Word - i.e. RH - Word - PDF = too much work IMHO.

I have a new iMac, and successfully transferred all the music. But I still can't get my iPod to download from iTunes without it losing all of the songs, photos, or tones.

I have transferred all of the songs from the old iMac we own to a new one we just bought. I have already had one problem with the music as in some songs wouldn't play without me using sharing. So I took and old computer off the sharing network and all is well there. But my iPod Touch will not download any music, tones, or pictures without me taking all of the previous items on my iPod Touch. Anyone have any clue what I should do?

Since I am impatient and can't wait for 90 minutes for an answer, I have decided to lose everything on my iPod and try to remember all the songs I had on them. But if anyone can help me prevent this in the future, that woud be great!
