I have an iPhone 4s and I recently tried to download an album.

Some of the songs downloaded but most of them keep getting close then restarting. Apple already sent me my receipt for the entire album, however. What can I do to either get reimbursed or get my songs? I've already waited awhile for the songs to download but they just wont for some reason.

My phone has never been synced to another computer. I only have 1 computer in my house that I use.
I'm in itunes right now and under the "music" tab for my phone (not main library). I clicked on "sync music" and it asked "are you sure you want to remove existing music, movies, tv shows, books, and tones from this iphone and sync with this library", I clicked "remove and sync" and click apply at the bottom right and then this comes up: The iPhone is synced with another itunes library on my computer. Do you want to erase this iphone and sync with this itunes library.
I am not sure if this will erase EVERYTHING from my phone or just the music, movies, tv shows, books, and tones on my phone. My life is on my phone and I don't want to lose everything.

First off, try a reset of the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone restarts, see if the problem persists.

It will be replaced with the exact same model. It is not expensive compared to the full retail price of a new phone (without carrier subsidies).
If you're eligible for an upgrade from your carrier, now might be a good time to consider upgrading to an iPhone 5, though.

As major software releases go iOS 7 is amazing? Many requests for support found on these boards are solved via advice related to How To Do Something. Many times the advice is right out of the User Documentation provided by Apple. If someone were to compare the number of critical issues reflected across these posts vs. most other major releases from any major vendor ...iOS 7 is excellent.

Try a hard reset:
Hold the home button and the sleep/wake button down at the same time. The phone will turn off and then the apple logo will appear. As soon as you see the apple logo release both buttons.
If the issue remains check the headphone jack to see if the water indicator has been set off. if it has you will see a red/orange spot inside your headphone jack and would mean you have water damage and would need the phone to be replaced.
Last option would be to back up your phone and restore to factory settings to determine a software or hardware issue.

If you're getting a network connection timeout error when downloading the iPhone's iOS update, then try temporarily turning off your firewall and antivirus software until the download has completed.

Start from Chapter 2, Page 18 which should give you a start? Work your way upwards from there.
You're going to need a Mac or PC. If it's a PC download and install iTunes from here:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
And use the cable that came with your iPhone and connect the other end to any of your computer's USB ports and then launch iTunes.

The trial is always extended. The serial number you enter determines whether it runs as standard or extended.
I'm getting through fine with that link, so it must be a browser issue or some such thing. Try another browser.

Flash Player is not supported on Windows Phone. At this time, there are no plans to support Windows Phone. I am not aware of alternatives on Windows Phone OS for viewing Flash content.

that's a partial download. delete it.
use a different connect (you can transfer to your imac on an usb stick, eg), use a different browser and/or use a download manager.
also,
if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here: Download Adobe CS6 Trials: Direct Links (no Assistant or Manager) | ProDesignTools
and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.
