I have an iPhone 5s and my screen popped out. I am paying insurance can I just go and ask them to replace my phone or do I have to pay for phoneclaim or any company similar to that?
My back camera won't work. Also if I try to use my camera my phone keeps restarting.
If the screen popped out, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar at the nearest Apple Store. The device is still under warranty and unless this is user damage, they should replace it. However, Apple makes that call. I wouldn't worry about insurance unless Apple will not replace it.

You may need to buy an entirely new iPhone. Before when the screen was just cracked you could have got an out of warranty replacement for a fee but now the screen has popped out and will most likely be classed as catastrophic damage.

If your iPhone is not eligible for warranty service, you may wish to contact your carrier for other options.
So all you can do is take it into a Store and they will make the decision. -
I have an ipad 2 and it constantly buffers on I players such as itv and 4od. I have an iPhone 5 and on the same wifi it's perfectly fine yet my ipad won't play. Any ideas??

Have you tried a reset?
This solves a lot of these problems, and I'm not sure if this will work in your case, but give it a try. You hold down the sleep and home buttons at the same time. A slider will appear. Ignore it and keep holding both buttons down. After about 15 seconds the Apple logo will appear. See if that helps.
You will not lose anything on your ipad when you do a reset. (A restore is a whole other issue!)

My Mac mini OS is a 10.6.8 and after paying for Adobe premiere 13 download I realized that my computer needs to be 10.8 or greater.. I thought that I had read that 10.6.8 was enough but I must have been mistaken.. Any suggestions or am I out of luck?

i have an iphone 4 and my internet has not worked for a good 10 months, why wont it work? My dad pays for my data plan, so its not that i dont pay the bill. I've even tried to rest my net work settings, and that did not work. I went to AT&T and they said that the only way to fix it was to buy a new phone, and im not going to buy a new phone with out my upgrade. someone, please help!

I have an iPhone 4 and am in Nepal. My phone was previously able to connect to wifi, but now is unable. I have an iPad and that is able to connect just fine. This problem is with every wifi hotspot I have tried so it is the phone not the modem.
Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

I upgraded to ios7 on my iphone 4s and now many of my apps are prompting me to connect to itunes for push notifications. In most cases, i can just click ok to this prompt and carry on, but it is still a real nuisance. However with the app dropbox and find my phone, I can not get out of the prompt. I have to reboot my phone to be able to use it again. Any suggestions?

I have an IPhone 5 and the bluetooth will not stay connected with my 2011 Chrysler 200. I was told by Chrysler service department that it is a problem with the IPhone 5. Is there an update or a fix so i can use the bluetooth in my vehicle?
Iran uses GSM, so the iPhone 5 will work. It is already unlocked. Just put local Iranian SIM in phone.

Yes, I see that I can get the later version of OS software, but its not availabe for immediate download. My only options appear to be having it shipped, or going to the store to purchase. I am trying to update my iTunes so I can sync my new iphone 5s and it doesn't recognize the phone, apple support said I need to update my iTunes when I try and do that I get an error message that says " the ITunes update server could not be contacted. Please check your internet connection or try back later.
My internet works fine and I have tried back dozens of times with same result.Did you ever figure out the problem? "Contact Software Manufacturer"?? That sounds ominous... I've got the same issue and I'm pretty durn aggravated right about now....

As to your issue, Apple does not and never has made a wristwatch as such. The only thing close to a watch that they have made was the 6th-generation iPod nano:

If you want to sync your phone to tranfer all the same content from your 4, then you need to use your same apple id as you use on the 4. When you get your 5, when setting it up, it will ask if you want to restore in itunes, choose that, then restore from your backup. Just make sure you have backed up your 4 right before your restore the 5 so you have the most current content.

I am trying to open iTunes on my mac. But a box pops up saying "The folder iTunes is on a locked disk or you do not have write permissions for this folder". Anyone know what that means? I've had my computer 2 years and its never had a problem opening it
I've already right-clicked on the application, clicked "get info", and changed it so all people listed in the "Sharing & Permissions" section have the "read & write" privilage.
The error message is referring to your iTunes library, not your iTunes application.
You need to check and fix the permissions of the iTunes folder in your iTunes library. This is by default located in your "Music" folder.
Select the folder Music > iTunes in the Finder, right click on it or Ctrl Click and click "Get Info". At the bottom of the contextual window thatwill pop up, disclose the Sharing and Permissions brick, change your status from Read only to Read & Write. You may need to click the padlock icon to make changes. -
