I have an iPhone 5s. I have not been able to use the airdrop feature since I my os last week. Am I the only one and if not what can be done?
I can't get the airdrop feature to work since I updated my iOS to the latest version. Am I doing something wrong?

I tried the Aperature trial and liked it, but did not purchase it when the trial ended. A few weeks later, i purchased snow lepord and purchased aperture via the app store. I have had not been able to use it since. Each time i open it , afer a few seconds i get the spinning wheel of death and Aperture is frozen. I have to force quit Aperture to shot down mycomputer. I have re-installed Aperture 3 times with th e same result. I have iphoto on my computer as well is this causing the problem? I want my money back!!! Can anyone help?
You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his box.com account in for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 items > uninstall iWork '09.zip. -

You need a computer with iTunes and an internet connection
Try:
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

If not then you will either have to enter card details (you should be able to remove them after entering them), or create a new account (using the instructions on the above link). -

I have not been able to use the presenter installation. The installation process finishes well by says the download installation was a sucess, however, the icon to begin using the app is not shown anywhere. Please help!!!

Can you confirm if you were able to download Presenter 10 successfully, Can you please paste the screen shot of the downloaded file for Presenter 10? Can you please check in control panel >Program and features and check if you are able to see Adobe Presenter 10 as a installed program?

Adobe is doing nothing to your computer. We are, however, giving notice that our Workspaces service (accessible at https://workspaces.acrobat.com) is going to be shut down in a year. If you have files stored in Workspaces, you will need to download them to your computer before 1/6/2015.

I have not been able to use itunes in over a month. My son uploaded gift cards and lost the $. WE can no even update our apps. WE have reset password multiple times. For over 2 weeks now,i have not been able to use my itunes on my 2 laptops. it been giving me an error report of invalid signature.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
