I have an iphone with icloud, when I deleteed my photostream, after I down loaded them to my computer and then turned photostream back on it re loaded them back to my phone, also it says anything i download with icloud goes to all my devises it doesn't

can any one tell me what i'm doing wrong I've gone to support and it tells me nothing, my icloud does not send what I download to all my devices, I also can't seem to delete the photo's I have on my phone, I do what it says to do then when I turn photo stream back on it re downloads the same pic's to my phone. what am I doing wrong?

Have you got Photostream enabled on the same account on the other devices.
turning Photostream off on a device just stops it syncing with that device it doesn't reset photo stream, you have to do that by resetting from iCloud.com (click on your account name)

Your iPhone's iOS must be same or newer than the one in backups. In your case it is older so you need to update your iPhone and then recover it with backup.

Every ten minutes a popup on my 4s appears saying "unable to download" with the option of "done" or "retry". I can't get rid of it and I can't find out what it's trying to do! theres noting pending on the App Store or iTunes. Nothing failed. I've reset my settings. Logged out and back into itunes. It's really annoying as rinsing my data!

After talking to Apple for 3 hours I figured it out myself.
Tre here was a singular failed song on iTunes on the computer that was trying to download and messing everything up. Maybe if you use iTunes on the computer and have a little mooch you'll find the same thing. I think it was hidden in the purchased part of it

No. It is only on imessage which has to be an apple product. ipod, iphone, ipad, or mac. Will not work on other phones.

It sounds as though you are experiencing an issue with an Apple ID and authorizations. Based on your post, it sounds like you are familiar with the authorizing and deauthorizing process. The Apple ID in question (your wife's email) may be originating from the iPhone you are attempting to update. Is it possible that your wife created an Apple ID or iCloud account which is signed in on that iPhone? I understand you have done all necessary troubleshooting steps that should have enabled you to send messages to iPhone users without them having to disable iMessage. Have you tried contacting Apple Support regarding the inability to send a text message to iPhone users? Apple can be reached at (800) 275-2273.
In addition, do you get a certain error message when your WiFi stops working? Have you verifed that Auto Switch network is disabled? To disable this setting simply to go Settings > Wi-Fi > Tap the Menu Key(to the left of the home button) > Select Advanced and it is called `Auto network switch. Disabled
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

To restore from backup see:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

I am having the same issue. And today, I noticed that when I was talking on the phone, the volume went down low. I had to reboot the phone, so that the volume was up again. Mostly, though, it's my music that I am having issues with.
