ONly way to find out is to go to your nearest Apple store and talk to the people at the genius bar.

My iphone 4 has stopped working...the lock button IS working...when it stopped working it had a 50% battery remaining...it was working when I last used it and when I returned it had a blank screen....it will now not charge or connect to itunes when plugged into the computer and it will not charge on the plug socket....I think the last iOS op system updated was 5.1.1....please helpTry holding both home and power buttons until apple logo appears (ignore on/ off slider) and then let go. No data will be lost. Wait for phone to restart

I have been using CS6 for two years without incident. Suddenly the Media Encoder stops working, showing APPCRASH and displaying error message about WatchFolder.dll - I tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail - can anyone help?

when you say there is an Internet connection have you used safari? Or does the phone just display a data connection (i.e. 3g/4g)? You could try a couple of things if it is the latter 1. turn off cellular data than turn it back on. 2. turn on airplane mode and turn it back off. I type these assuming you've tried resetting network connections.

I am having some difficulty accessing the internet with Firefox on one of my PC computers. I normally use Mozilla Firefox as my web browser and google is my homepage and gmail is my email system. The operating system is Windows 7. For over a year this system worked perfectly but a few days ago it stopped working. When I launch Firefox now I get the message that that website (www.google.com) is unavailable. In fact, I can’t access any website and I am blocked from the internet entirely within Firefox. My internet connection is fine because Internet Explorer works fine. I can access google and any other website within that web browser. I have investigated all the security issue I can manage and found no smoking gun. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox to no avail. Is Windows 7 compromising the effectiveness of Firefox? Any suggestions or other assistance you can offer would be appreciated.

Use Assistive Touch for perfect Virtual Lock Button. Settings App > General > Accessibility > Assistive Touch > ON > white button will appear on screen, tap it > tap Device icon > tap Lock icon. It will function as perfect Lock Button. If you use it to turn OFF iPhone. Then you will need to connect iPhone to power ie charger or computer USB to turn it ON.

I recently broke my lock button when it dropped, and wont work again, also i shattered my screen a while back, but it didnt bother me. Now that i want to get the button fixed, will the apple store only fix the button, or the whole phone. I still have 2 weeks of warranty left so it's not like they'd fix one thing and not the other when either way they'll both be free ya know?
They will not give you anything.
They wil either return the device as is or replace it at the out of warranty replacement cost. -

I have an Iphone 5 on contract with T-mobile/EE. The lock button on my Phone 5 has stopped working completely. It just will not work anymore so I have to rely on the auto-lock . Will apple replace my phone or do I ahve to take it back to T-mobile? It is just short of a year into a 24 month contract.
Yes; If it's under the one year hard ware warrnety and it doesn't have any damage on the device you can get it replaced, contact Apple ASAP

I have a iPhone 5 and about a month ago my lock button stopped working. It takes me about ten tries to power it back on or to lock it. If I'm still in my one year warranty will I have to pay to get it fixed? I didn't purchase apple care though so I'm wondering if it's going to cost me to get it fixed or if it's still covered because of the one year warranty? Thank you!
If it's due to a manufacturing defect, the warranty will cover it. If it's due to accidental damage, it'll cost to get it fixed unless it happened during an authorized repair.

Yesterday my lock button stopped working. I still have my warranty but the problem is I live in Belgium and there is no Apple Store there. Is there any way I can get my phone repaired without having to go abroad? I'm now using Assistive Touch but it just doesn't feel the way it should...

If the iOS device was not purchased where you live, then willl need to figure out how to go about getting to where the iOS device was purchased to get repair done for it. -
