I have an IPod 3G everytime I go to listen to music it goes back to the list of all my music how do I fix this??

I have tried holding down the home button and thepower button at the same time to reset the iPod but that didnt work what do I do?

I've had the exact same problem, but with 72 songs that I can't get off of my phone!
Also, I have the setting set so that my phone does not show music that has been purchase on iTunes but is not synced.

All the details are the same. In my itunes library it shows as ONE whole album. When I import it to my ipod classic 160 gb it duplicates it about 4 times; it's quite irritating. It does that for 2 albums in particular and I have no idea why. Please help! Thank you.

Editing Info
Each audio or video file in iTunes has several settings and tags that can be easily modified. These options can be accessed by selecting any file in the iTunes browser windows and selecting "Get Info" from the File menu. You can add song lyrics, artwork and set special playback options. The "Info" tab lets you edit information about the file including artist and album info.
Once you have updated the information, close the iTunes application on the computer. Then reopen and resync to your iPod.

They said I need to change my settings to NAT settings. I haven't been able to figure out or find anything. I have also spoken to Apple Support on the phone for hours without being able to figure out how to do this ( i don't think he knew much either lol.) That sounds like you've engaged one of the automatic syncing options for your nano.
Plug the nano in, and go into the Device screen for the nano in itunes. Is "manually manage ..." unchecked? If so, check the box for it, and click okay. Disconnect and reconnect the nano. Is the content on the nano able to be selected in your iTunes now?
