What operating system are you using, and what version? You may be running into a compatibility issue between your older version of Acrobat and the OS that you're running.
Please let us know a bit more about your setup, so we can get to the bottom of this printing issue.

Thank you for your help. I am still having trouble. As you can tell, I am not technologically advanced AT ALL. My music is all showing up in the library but when I go to file in the top left corner, Sync is greyed out and I cannot select it. I'm gonna continue to try this. Decided to use cmd A to select all the icons on the desktop and then looked for a right click option. There it was - the option to move to a folder. I now have them all in this folder which tells me it holds 157 items. Now you know why I needed to know LOL

If you can't find it in the Applications folder, just type "App Store Application" in the Spotlight box. Just click on the magnifying glass symbol, at the far right end of the menu bar, to open the Spotlight box.

You don't have to let the battery drain. Quit the app if that happens again.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps.
You should delete the app and reinstall it if it keeps freezing on you. You don't have to pay for it again as long as you use the same Apple ID that you bought it with.

Installing iTunes does not cause content to magically appear on the computer.
Your media is only where you put it.
iOS devices are not backup devices.
Copy the media from the old computer to the new computer.
